Why do you think the market makers kept the price at 1.75 to 2.20 for much of the day? So they could make all of the buys look red so they look like sells.

All dips bought into and day ends 1.5 to 1.9.

How does this make people with shares in this feel? Uneasy? Like they need to panic sell tomorrow? Exactly. This is the market makers' manipulation. Don't fall for it. Those big buys after hours are dead giveaways. IMHO GLA DYOR.

Jayflash it really worries me your behaviour today and I feel you're chasing losses. You really were making some emotional posts on Friday and that's understable. Today you've decided to go short. Whereas I can respect a poster like Spike who has sold here and invested elsewhere to recover losses. He may feel bitter about what's happened but seems to have quickly regrouped and found what he has calculated as better opportunity in another share. You have sold at a loss on Friday then gone short today. I note thst you haven't found another share you have simply gone short on the same share that you stung you. You consider BPC owes you money back. It's a dangerous mindset to have. Anytime I've felt like that I've taken a break from trading/investing. I've lost money on shares and the only time I've try to make it back on the same share is if the investment case is still there and I knew the share particularly well. Jayflash I know you sold on Friday for a 60% loss and now you're shorting this share. Ok you hate this share and don't want to see it do well anymore...but don't take it out on me because I have a contrarian view to you. Because if I'm right it means your decision to sell was wrong. But if you were right it means I was wrong to buy today. I won't go around all bitter calling people ranper though. I'm not ramping at all I'm giving my views. I'm not the one giving price predictions like you are saying 1p etc. I'm not trying to pass my opinions off as fact as you are. Cessation of exclusivity is just that. The major is no longer in an exclusive position. The major oil company has elected to do this. It either doesn't want to pay another $250k, or doesn't want any more involvement, or has not made a sufficient offer and is not at the moment willing to make any higher offer. To get to the late stage of negotiations must have meant they were still interested. I don't think they just backed off, otherwise why bother for so long and pay for the luxury. No doubt other parties will show interest. Either way BPC can move forward now they will be out of exclusivity in a weeks time. I guess if the major has a change of heart then they have a week to do it in
