MisterPositive - to be fair the market is telling us it agrees the RNS isn't clear. Could be a deal tomorrow for all we know. Or else the share price would be at 1p i.e. pre exclusivity wouldn't it? How are we doing over at AST I haven't been following? Still got a pile of shares in there after 8 months

I find it funny that anyone could sell at 1.90p for at least 15 minutes into close but very few chose to. Lots of buys today, lots more than sells. Shorters are shyting their pants tonight. IMHO good luck all genuine long term holders and traders like. I said in my post this morning before market open and I'll repeat it again because the MMs are having a field day and scooping up cheap shares to sell higher:

Dutch - it doesn't mean they have to start again...it means they're free to talk to other parties. This means they can also talk to the original major and other majors. For all we know existing major prefers another party to enter the negotiations and the exclusivity agreement was a legal obstacle to that. You pretend the RNS contains no ambiguity but everyone else on this board would disagree with you about that particular point.

Casshy - your post is based on the predicate that the major walked. This is supposition that is being peddled on these boards. Not helped by Malcy's blog. I reiterate the RNS only states the exclusivity will not be extended. Perhaps the deal will be announced on 1st September? IMHO Showing signs of reversal and uptrend forming after period of consolidation IMHO, panic sellers all but gone and probably better off stopping posting on here because they won't like it if this flies tomorrow especially those who sold at 1.67p IMHO

Begger the bid isnt 2p it's 1.85p the offer is 2.15p. So 1.85 to 2.15. Could easily and consistently get 1.90p test sell for all shares in one account and was just under 1.94 to test buy.
