'For sale' for about 7 years , not one bid , extraordinary. That DFS must make some unpleasant reading as no one wants to go near these 'assets' .

I think it sounds rubbish , and i still dont fully understand it

The BOD know its not worth anything , they had the DFS done , it was so bad that they hid the results and try and brush over it if its ever brought up.
