Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Regarding Pfizer not being effective against Omicron - this hasn't been peer reviewed and was in the lab based on blood results from 12 people (according to African Health Research Institute). The fact it's not peer reviewed means it's meaningless at the moment.
The WHO are standing behind it not making people sicker than Delta, but more easily transmissable - this is almost what you'd expect to see 2 years into a pandemic.
Our biggest obstacle in my opinion will not be the virus or future mutations, but knee jerk reactions by the UK government on travel, quarantine hotels, testing and bloody red lists.
strong leadership team with great acquisitions that are still to mature. The UK market is under developed, but focus on this should offer great returns.
I don’t understand the drop today (as severe), unless someone knows something we don’t
Where did you buy your crystal ball from? I need to get one
Didn’t realise that we had all voted and the 1p offer accepted...
been watching this for a couple of months, keen to get in now, just wanting the spread to reduce a bit.
company seems like it has a promising few months ahead.
Brady was appointed Director of Con...nect Airways on 18th December 2018 and Resigned 2nd January 2019. Is there no need to declare this if the intention is to fund the airline with funds from Stobart?
If this is such a great deal, why did the Cyrus share price fall 3% on Friday?
Fully agree. The entire board are accountable.
I still can’t understand them supporting this 1p offer when the same people rejected 40p less than a year ago. I can’t accept they got it so horribly wrong and I can’t understand why they don’t consolidate the airline, asset strip to raise the capital and just go it alone instead of this situation.
Andrew Tinkler has now just posted on Twitter - when the going gets tough by boyzone with the comment love this song and that the holidays are over and he’s back to work.
I sincerely hope this is the start of a fight back.
Hi, but not ScottishPi - just another Scot that’s not creative with usernames.
You’re broker will send a letter or if you’re paperless you’ll be sent an email with a form to complete. My understanding is the vote has to happen before it goes through.
Can’t say I agree.
Whether is 3p, 1p or 0p...it’s an insignificant sum in comparison to the amount invested. For me it’s a principal of voting against the deal to keep it in the headlines, have more questions asked, focus kept on it.
The BOD rejected a deal of 40p supposedly and are now telling us to accept 1p (with no thanks to the shareholders for their support over the years). If cash flow was a problem, why not sell slots and consolidate & try to turn the fortunes around? I dislike the way the board have conducted themselves and will not be accepting a 1p offer.
Hoping tomorrow will shed more light on his intentions. He certainly has an axe to grind with the Stobart BOD & has been reaching out to their shareholders in the past to make them aware of shady goings on. I wonder what he means by “wrongful behaviour” This was his twitter post on Christmas Day:
Happy Christmas ??to all the honourable People in life.
Let’s keep fighting against the Evil that try to destroy the good we have created. Merry Christmas??& Happy New Year thanks for your support. 2019 will be a big surprise for wrongful behaviour
Already a great deal for them, although they do inherit the debt too.
This will be asset stripped and left with a very small operation under the Flybe banner
crazy decision, could have had the entire company and all the slots for half the price...
surely that's £4.5M that could have appeased the credit card companies?
this BOD are ridiculous.
I don't see the shareholders voting yes to this offer. I think they'd rather see the business fail than accept the offer.
my view here is I've only lost when I sell...just now I'm just not looking at my dealing account.
i'm not sure if I believe that the institutions would be happy accepting the level of losses incurred today. I'm hopeful of the offer being voted down, as a 1p valuation is just as bad as 0p for me
does anyone know the value of the heathrow slots and where to get that info?
I agree, I don't see 1p being backed by shareholders.
looking for clarity on the process. Will we be invited to vote? Do we have to register to vote? will we have to attend to vote?
irrespective of the price being 2p, 1p or 0p, it wont make that much of a difference to most PI's due to the price they will have bought in at.
my average is sitting around 15p and my current position is I'll be voting No and see where the business ends up. I see the lifeline Virgin are offering, but believe it's just too greedy an offer from them and if I was in their position, I'd probably make the same offer.
My investment has tanked so much, that what's on offer just now is a fairly insignificant sum in comparison to what was invested.
Seems I just need to vote No and hope for the best.
