although todays news is excellent there is delay and the market always hates when there is a delay. i feel sp will drift a few weeks and start to build up after the rns has been released to say the final paperwork etc has been submitted. but all going well 2020 should still be a great year for AGL and also shareholders. 2020 could be a pivotal year for the company and could really open up the doors for excellent growth and jump in revenues.

there could possibly be a renegotiation on a deal. currently the deal doesnt seem buisness sound when current SP is 0.65p and MCAP around £2M. remaining cash to be paid for the deal is $13.2M on a sp of 3.5p. over 400% of current SP when buying on the open market. thats a huge difference.

either Shandong Ruyi doesnt matter about current SP and knows the minute he signs the deal and send money over thr market will rerate comoaby towards 3.5p anyway. ...or he would be thinking to negotiate a better deal. either way the clock is ticking towards march next year!

i agree with you regarding the good results without the SR. 60m at a 11% is excellent based on the current 2m mcap. might even see a lift today purely on that!

surely they would of mentioned that to reasure shareholders. that it is in transit but being delayed in arriving. no mention of this which leans towards that the equipment might not come for whatever reason

if they mentioned about the equipmemt being delivered or has already been shipped then that RNS would of been a great rns to enter. until then theres something still fishy with why the equipment hasnt been shipped out yet.

£10M fundraise, good news for railsbank... good news to tally with their current 12.5% (unless dilution happened to support new investor)... tally shareholders??... still means bugger all in my eyes. not one of us see the benefit until were back on the market with cash in the PF. until then we all just hope to get our investment back or make money after 2 years sitting in the dark. may isnt too far away lets see if that happens or its pushed back again for another delay. time will tell.

i wasnt sure the Gem market would come under the hkex also. looks not and a completely different market so all looks good for CNEL holders. if you can trade it through your broker

i dont think theyll push for main market to begin with. i think the 'Gem' market would be more suited. guessing hing kongs aim equivialant market.

why 11p? fair value is around 5-6p in my eyes

even if this does relist Tally need to release good news to come along with relisting. otherwise sp will get slaughtered on relisting/ipo. many are willing to sell no mater what the price is to get their capital back. im not for a second saying tally wont have a great future all im saying is there will be huge selling when it relists until it finds its intraday/ daily support level. positive news along with a relisting will strengthen the sp and bring in new investors who want a piece of the action. i just cant see us faithful shareholders will benefit after being kept in the dark for so long!

lets hope im wrong and goes straight up on relisting day. whenever that day will be.

agreed DHC, but sadly for wsg the government relations between iran and uk seem to be getting stretched lately reaching a highly tensioned point. will iran cause long term damage to relationships and will wsg never actually get the airport contracts up and running? i cant see it becoming up and running any time soon. could be a dead duck or be years away.

africa contract could surprise a few helping to forget about iran in the time being
