after the fundraise el romarel would be the perfect option to progress with thry have 11 "very low risk" well prospex and 2PUD wells (proven undeveloped discoveries) that should mean very little cost to get a commerial well pumping out gas, churning revenue back into the books putting capital back into the project to get another well up and running. should be the case anyway so a fundraise isnt a bad thing if its a short time frame for well complition and testing if they can prove it runs commerially then another step towards a better valued company.

but i also agree with a consolidation. its never a good thing to start with but over time may stabilise sp creating a good base for new investors jumping in. unless nothing changes and the lifestyle company keeps moving the carrot infront of the donkey

issue with that is they are below nominal value which means they cant raise funds at this level and if the consolidation gets rejects then no way of fund raising which only results in one way ... a delisting of the company which would wipe out all mobey and comoany either goea private or sells assets to pay off creditors.

although a fund raise is inevitable the only play here short term id italy. they need to start getting decent revenue in to progress other projects.

i agree. i didnt say they were. but your right companies are usually based on assets (earnings,cash,revenue etc) against debt/liabilities. net assets give a good indication for a mcap along with a fair P/E ratio based on the industry theyre in. and with CNEL it is well under a "fair" mcap.

net profits yes but not cash in the bank. at time of results it was around £3M but could be less if they havent received cash from ongoing projects, due to admin costs along with ongoing costs occurred during HK application this will eat into CNEL's free cash flow

agreed diversified, i tried to buy all day and really struggled. couldnt buy a dime in last 40mins but could sell full holding right into close of play. great day today and reckon 6p will be broken first thing tomorrow morning. then maybe settle mid 6s.

5.7p getting paid. we going to see a late flurry of buys pushing it up to 6p for close creating a nice setup for tomorrows trading or some going to start locking in profts by close of play. sp has held onto the gains and little sells there is has been gobbled up by holders or new investors. shows strength of the sp holiding up. hopefully another good day tomorrow too

i would say so posh. nothing is a gaurantee and we still havent reached the minimum requirement for mcap so that could be the thing that sets us back. would like to think this rise weve seen over yesterday and today is only the start for the climb towards 11p pre acceptence.

although short interview i cant help to think mr rowan sounds excited about AEGs prospex in coming weeks-months. and like that part that were near cashflow netural with site production so when coalswitch revenue starts then a nice re-rate towards the 2p+ could be on the cards. and by the sound of it theres already buyers for the coalswitch we just need to produce as much as possible

look at it this way CNEL should be priced between 10-12p purely based on fundamentals and PE ratios etc. looking over the results over the years CNEL have produxed growing profits in the millions and gaining more and more revenue yet the market has not proced anything in. its been undervalued for years and years and been unloved. thats the main drive towards the move to HKex. if your have the chance to increase the value of the company for shareholders you'll do it hence the move to HKex. with funding and new investors for HKex listing im sure bod have already got plans for that and weve already had news on loans at 5p when listing occurs which should be already discounted at the 11p entry price forgetting about todays sp.

if you open up that link to the HKex pdf it will show a requirement that a company should have a mcap of over HK $500M. at todays exchange for HK$ to £ is 50.84M. now divide that number by the number of shares CNEL have ( 440M) gives a price of around 11p give or take some adjustments for exchange prices.

the BOD hace inidcated that a move over to HKex would benefit the company for fund raising and increase the stock liquidity as aim market has seriously undervauled the sp of CNEL. for whatever reason people are not interested i dont know but market has under priced CNEL for years

no buy quotes at all not even for £400. guessing mms will need to move it up towards 5p for sellers.

not all brokers will give the option to trabsfer shares. usually the big brokers will have no issue selling them on your behalf but additonal costs will occur. best to speak to your broker via email or phone. HL will charge around £200 for selling. but all brokers will be different so speak to them directly
