RomeoTango, if CNEL has a good ipo and a lot of demand possibly over subscribed (ive posted previous posts about it being over subscribbed by 2.4x but i want offical news to back it up)

then i see no reason why it cant jump 20-30% on news day and even up to 30-45% on the first week. on a PE x10 sp should be around 13p-14p already. if you give it a more fair PE ratio of 15 then your looking closer to 19-20p which i believe is doable if the chinese/ asian investors get behind the story and believe in cnels growth prospects. thats without any big news coming out for big contracts to boost the sp even further. like topmoney said in earlier posts there could be news with sunbird and brazil contracts. its all possible. maybe BOD have been waiting on releasing big news until after listing to wet the appitite of the asian investors and really get it moving up, forgetting all about the single digit sp.

i dont think we'll hear anything tomorrow but im pretty sure we'll have a rns tuesday morning with listing price and also confirmation that HKex has accepted our application . along with the delisting from aim at 4.30pm .

then its party time and sit back and wait for the board to get a lot busier with people missing the boat and the 'i cant buy any stock' guys joining the board!

it mentions about if BOD take up options the full amount of shares in issue will be 590,272,551.

so if you consider the current shares in issue at 440m+ and the up.and coming ipo shares of 82,600,000 and all other vested options it should get up to that 590m figure so i would so there is no share consoliation and you should have the same shares in HKex market when its listed. this is my understanding of it anyway. someone can correct me if im wrong

jaylarc it is refreshing to have a bb like this where balanced views and jusified predicted sp instead of the pie in sky figures like some shout out about on other boards. i think CNEL has flew under the radar for most and mkst have underestimated cnels fundamentals for the past years. looking over theresults every year you see a growing trend with increased revenues, increased profit, increased order book, good manangement and not the typical aim stocks that do a placing every 6months to line the pockets of the bod... yet aim investors havent got behind CNEL for whatever reason that is, maybe wary of previous chinese fraud companies... ive even been caught in the hype before from chinese companies and it turns out in the end to be a big hoax and fraud eventually becoming delisted. but CNEL is different and i fully support the boards decision to move from aim market onto a more suitable market for their stock, makes complete sense. many now will realise they have missed the boat if a rns comes out tues. some maybe lucky to get the 20-30% on news day but with limited stock around and most locked out from selling i have a feeling after the rns on tues morning (if it comes out tues morning) the mms will quickly move sp towards listing price and by then it will be too late for new investors.

CNEL hopefully going into their next stage of growth on HKex and soon to reward loyal shareholders in a short period of time or even long term if you continue to hold throughout the HKex journey

haha millsm yup you'll get all the messages on the board saying they cant but. no buy quote seeing it going to 8p...9p...10p... up up up ;)

not long to go now though. there could actually be a mad scramble for shares on tues if they release news here on tuesday morning explaining the listing price and that close of play tues at 4.30pm will be last day on aim market. if sp is below listing price surely thats a big sign for anyone to buy up right until the listing price equivilant in pence? i would if i could but locked out with HL so i cant do bugger all at the moment. just be glad to get that confirmation rns explaining it all.

agreed. mms walked this right down to 6p trigger stop losses and also selling stock that broker cant hold onto pre HKex move. most will have now either sold on their own behalf or forced to sell and others will be locked out from selling completely. there will be very few shares in the market just now so any demand will be pushing sp higher today and monday and even tues if its trading on aim tues without a trading halt suspension before real suspension and delist happens.

so could be a good few trading days ahead pre listing on wed. hope eveyones all locked in and hopefully soon we'll all be glad to be locked in for a few weeks (for the ones who cant sell at the moment)

no news this morning. looking like it could be tuesday that we'll find out listing price.

we might not get news today regarding price, but even if we dont get news today thats a very good thing as if we never managed to get a listing price sorted by 10am this morning our application would of been voided. no news and that means its a signed done deal just need to wait on official confirmation on listing price

will be on the HKex news feed (link poated in previous messages) if its through the night HK is 7 hours in front of us. they have until 10am uk time to publish news on ipo price and listing price. i expect a RNS at 7am tomorrow either on this platform or another that has RNS news feed (like investegate.co.uk). HL may send out a message to holders im not sure.

i wouldnt say x4/5 times. the price will be published tomorrow and that should be minimum 11p up to 13.2p after that would depend on depand on first day of dealing could drop or rise. just need to see what happens after the move

you can buy and sell up to 4.30pm tonight on HL. i thought it was friday today so read the message earlier thinking i would of already been locked out. but got today left.

so by 10am tomorrow we will defenitly have news one way or another. my guess would be a RNS at 7am.

like you hertstrader i cant do anything now. just need to sit on my hands and hope its a good ipo and a lot of momentum building sp towards 12p.

then comes the desicion do i sell when HL allows it or do i hold and see how they grow on HKex... not sure yet!
