- You poured disdain on PANR all the way from 15.25p to 150p. You're a trader, not an investor. Actually you're a trader who, outrageously, attempts to sell your trading expertise to unsophisticated marks. Investors can miss runs from 15.25p to 152p.....but an expert trader like you, Jim? That must have been gut-wrenching. A dreadful fail. Really embarrassing in front of your social media followers.

- Jim has referred publicly to PANR as a fraud on multiple occasions.

- Despite a clear admission that he has no faith in 88E's assets, he's once more gee-ing up the punter cohort this season. His business model cannot survive on the meager scraps of blog subscriptions. It's actually far more cynical and manipulative than that. He uses his own blog to gee up the very punters on which his *own* trading strategy relies. Look at the disclaimers on his blog. This is great news for Alaska, the North Slope and PANR.

Why PANR? Because the Oil Field Service companies will now be properly motivated to invest in equipment and personnel to advance Willow from the planning pages to first oil.

The knock on effect for PANR will be to have access to better equipment and highly trained personnel as it advances its own project. Seeing Willow moving forward will certainly assist PANR when it comes to opening the dataroom.

See quarterly bond repayment RNS. Closer to 9m shares v's the 10m I had trailed. Unlikely2 - yeah, you're right. But the "extra" dilution caused by the recent SP fall accounts for about 6 to 6.5m shares so comfortably less than 1%, if examining the ultra short term effect on recent days/weeks news only. It is absolutely tragic that more sophisticated investors have not come clean to the. Naive punters who populate these bulletin boards.

For the 10 squillionth time. There is no competition. The characteristics of the unequally shared assets owned by 88E and PANR were decided millions of years ago. The stacked reservoirs couldn't give two hoots about the man-made lease boundaries drawn on maps a few thousand feet above them.

Here are some categorical, non-debatable facts. Read them again and again until the implications sink in.

PANR's share in volume and value of oil in place and recoverable barrels is many multiples that of 88E. I don't know how else to describe this to folk like you, Miner4. Let's say I owned 20 rooms in Buckingham Palace and you owned the other 80 rooms. Let's say an estate agent values the whole building at £1m. Why would you take a penny below £800k? Why would I expect a penny more than £200k?

Due to the geology of these stacked reservoirs, the depositional history and topography of the coastline, seabed, sands, etc it is a fact that PANR's share of the asset is nearly all updip of the 88E portion of the reservoirs. How can I describe that more simply? Let's say you and I build identical houses. You build your house on a plot in Mayfair and I build mine in central Bradford. A Russian oligarch comes along....which one does he actually wish to own if he's interested in the higher valued of the two properties?

Assets which on the surface may look similar or even identical can have a characteristic or group of characteristics which vastly increase or decrease their value in the market. Ok?

Thus, because PANR's share of these stacked reservoirs is far larger (scale), possess more favourable characteristics (updip v's downdip, Dmax), has many multiple of raw and interpreted data collected since 2010 (3D, 6 wells, multiple flow tests, LTPT), has had many multiples of capital invested in the project, has had a massive amount of external verification v's 88E.

Why is it so difficult for so many adults to picture in their heads a situation where it is incontestable that the value of these two companies MUST be different because these assets are not shared equally in size nor are the assets. One ****genous mass.

For the record, on any given day I cannot justify 88E being valued at anything more than 15% of PANR's mkt cap.

Yes there will be readacrosses but it is NOT an equal or straight line relationship.

If you believe in the integrity of the PANR BoD, the quality and scale of the asset, the collective external validation of Schlumberger, AHS Baker Hughes, eSeis, Lee Keeling, the SoA DNR and soon to be CPR x2 author Netherland Sewell....then you're likely to have strong confidence the SP will have recovered by the end of the June quarter => the extra dilution will have been limited to about 1%. We are miles and miles and miles away from any spiral boll0x.

Hi All - this is where all the technical info in the world is brilliant, but without context it can easily be misinterpreted.

In the short term to medium term for PANR, the primary focus by a mile is continued data collection to delineate the asset(s) and prove up commerciality such that external partners feel compelled to partner us in a farm in.

While the scenarios describes by Geodes are fascinating (for me too, to be clear) he's illustrating how the stacked nature of PANR's reservoirs means that the economics of the total acreage can be diced up such that things like shared infrastructure can have a truly meaningful effect on the economics of a project(s).

Ultra short term, have a listen to the Proactive interview. The cheap ($3.5m to $5m) Jay and Bob are referring to are to flow test the SMD. Remember the SMD was never flowtested at Talitha due to time running out in the season?

It looks like both Alkaid-1 and Alkaid-2 can be re-entered (after the lateral is plugged off in A2) and perf'd uphole in the SMD formation and flow tested. If you want to see a pretty much identical operation in history, go back to Q1'19 where A1 was entered after 4 years and the Alkaid ZoI was flow-tested successfully.

There was a huge misunderstanding over on the other place last week. Be crystal clear about the following please:
- the SMD is SHALLOWER than the Alkaid ZoI
- a flow test of the SMD in A1 and/or A2 will NOT involve drilling.
- a flow test of the SMD in A1 and/or A2 will be a flow test of the vertical component of each well bore. Dismiss all notions of a LTPT of a 5000, 8000, 10000ft lateral.

A prolific poster on the other place didn't understand any of the above, a situation which was made worse by his steadfast refusal to be fact-checked.

The webinar is set for the 20th, correct? I'd be confident we'll hear more then.

Either this week, or next week I suppose, it'll be time for the quarterly repayment to the bond holder. Back of the envelope maths suggests to me that around 10m shares will be issued to Heights for this quarter. We've become used to around 3m shares being issued per quarter but the fall in SP since late Dec - last week has had an inevitable effect.

No-one notice that 88E management has issued guidance on geological CoS for each formation? This is the exact same pattern as the last two years at Merlin-1 and 2 where CoS wasn't digested or wasn't understood by the vast, vast majority of posters on this forum.

What about commercial CoS at Phoenix? No guidance whatsoever from 88E management on that count. ***IF*** I'm correct that the downdip portions of the shared reservoirs have noteworthy and material phasing risk then the commercial CoS on some of those reservoirs *could* be 0%.

Just look at how the market has treated PANR with the 2300mmcfs per day of gas v's 600mmcfs expected up the road at Alkaid-2. It turns out the gas has been produced as a result of one or more of the vertical fracks intersecting a gas cap, which the market doesn't understand yet......*BUT* if I'm correct about phasing risk (was it maestro1 who thought 600ft deeper was no big deal in a Dmax calculation????? Jeepers.) then the market will zero the formations affected.

Again, I make a plea. Whether you buy/sell/hold 88E, please do not listen to WWP who is deliberately mis-informing this forum by dismissing the implications of downdip v's updip. Take 60 seconds to fact check him by Googling this subject. I am *not* making this up. This has been known about for centuries.

Re-read my posts of today (click on my user name and they come up). A1 flow test result showed minimal gas, likely all from formation, agreed? Based on that flow test data, management (and Lee Keeling remember) modelled 150bopd (per 1000ft lateral) plus 600mmcfs (in total). Yet they're getting 2300mmcfs per day!!!!!.....4x what they expected. Where the hell is all this gas coming from that wasn't present up the road at Alkaid-1?????? Only explanation which carries weight (Schlumberger lead this analysis fyi) is one or more fracks heading upwards intersected a gas cap. Preferential production and physics did the rest. My calcs, as talked through with my geo mate, would see the "non gas cap" pdn volume being circa 1000bopd....in excess of pre-drill guidance.

Confidence level? High. If Schlumberger are correct about the gas cap, then I'm confident in the calcs I did with my geo buddy. Why not ask Olderwiser the same question?

Anecdote: I spoke with Bob Rosenthal today. He is baffled, actually he's beside himself at the market's reaction to the A2 news from yesterday. This is a direct quote: "The deliverability of the reservoir is ***better*** than we anticipated. We had nitrogen at the pad ready to give a boost to production after the first few days. The well has been active for months and we haven't used any nitrogen whatsoever. This reservoir is producing hydrocarbons without artificial lift for far longer than we envisaged. This has huge implications across our acreage and the market just doesn't understand what we're trying to tell them."

Now, now Rkchippy, let's not misinform. It's only a "death spiral" if you genuinely believe the PANR SP won't rebound to 80-90p in the next 12-18 months. I think that is extremely unlikely, but I would say that of course.

a) 2x CPRs by Netherland Sewell (one of Top 3 experts globally) First one on Theta West, afterwards the second one will be on Alkaid.
b) logs from Hickory-1 (remember PANR is UPDIP on all reservoirs being targeted at Hickory-1 so *any* success there *ought* to be multiplied by PANR. [Yes, it's a funny old world, Saint.]
c) dataroom opening and being run by Schlumberger
d) flow testing the SMD at Alkaid 1 and/or Alkaid-2.

Ask the shorts directly......"if Netherland Sewell independently validates the Schlumberger numbers and PANR's data, do you admit you'll be forced to change your opinion?" Test their honesty.
