Posted my vote (against) letter to IG today. Would be much easier if they would do it online.

If they sell to crash the price and buy back in the same session the mm’s will have them over a barrel and they have the spread/margin loss.

They would have to be reliant on starting a sell off snd other investors piling on sustained volume to cover the spread just to stay even keel.

And at the same time you may have buyers on the fence waiting for the result.

My view they will not bail out of spite. But they will churn when this gets to their breakeven which iirc is 5-6p

So at least a bag from here on news.

Hargreaves Lawnsdown seems to make voting the easiest. IG is postal votes but has lower trade fees.

I tried emailing on IG for a vote on another share, I received a response back days later after past the 7 day window, asking for a signed proxy form to be posted.

IG will need to have this information seven working days prior to the deadline date for voting at the AGM

Just like the big assumption that GP jersey are making that an audit is just and required.

Because an audit by the big 4 will cost about the same as refurbishing a soviet well for gas or two.

At the end of the day the Audit request is being used to insinuate the current BoD have been unscrupulous, the timing of this is purely to promote the vote for removal of the chairman.

With IG you have to buy a cross on your vote, fill in your name, date and sign it. In an accompanying letter you have to provide more detail.

You need to get the instructions from your broker

I believe you will need to contact lse to vote on your behalf.

Your shares will be held in a nominee account.

For example if your broker is IG, all the holders of BLOE shares will be in one nominee account that appears on the share register. Sending your instructions to your broker e.g IG, you give your account details and holding they vote on your behalf.

I have heard that some nominee accounts vote with the whole account based on the majority of the individual votes received.

how many shares are you voting with BB, IIRC a while back you had 270k, but averaged down, where are you at now
