Good realism Dusty. Think some folk must consider anything other than a continued rise in sp a failure. There has never been a business that has done that in the history of the stock market, always ups and downs along the way. Next positive news, especially NH rns could instantly reverse the recent sp drift.

100% agree with that swazers. The national hydrogen rns back in feb appeared to be the catalyst that propelled the sp much higher, since then we've had the patent award news also.

However until the paperwork etc is signed then there's always a degree of uncertainty I suppose. Eagerly awaiting the rns stating that everything has been signed of and the sp acting accordingly. Ceo obviously aware of share holders frustrations as he mentions, but things sometimes take a little longer than you'd like.

Hope so Castle, could do with a few other buys at the same volume to help things get going north again.

Patxaran, on your question I can add this from what I've been told. MDKL were paid upfront for the material which would be used for pilot and a 2.5m "full size" model. This material was procured. Where that material is o don't know but you've got to assume that phe have their hands on it if they had paid for it? Also on the 5 projects that have been mentioned in a few posts, there were plans of 14 builds. Pilot, one "full scale 2.5m" then another 12. What / Where / Who For the other 13 builds were for I have no idea. So are 5 projects potentially more than 5 kilns?. All will be revealed in time I'm certain.

Going forward then although I'm super positive on the company (based on potential) it's impossible at this moment in time to come up with a future sp as there are so many unknowns. 1p 3p 5p 10p £1 who knows. I'm sticking with there is potential for the business to have a far higher value than at present, but I agree, talk of £1 although possible I suppose, is probably stretching things by quite an amount. Even 10p would be fantastic from where we are now. Being realistic? I'll stick with a guess of 2.5/3p being hit during any pilot test rns. What happens thereafter we'll need to wait and see. That's the 2 words that are sweet music to my ears, possibly not needing much free cash to keep the lights on, low overheads etc etc once process and tech is fully proven.

But a potential huge revenue stream from those that could end up using phe intellectual property. Be like Slade still getting 100 of thousands every year for Merry Xmas Everybody. 50 years on from it being written.

Hopefully a valuation that satisfies yourself patxaran, and any others who might have been holding from a much higher price is achieved. Just need the pilot up and running, along with some numbers first. Whatever happens it's a difficult one to even try and think of a possible valuation. Think all we can agree on is that the potential is huge.

Very difficult to predict where the sp might end up once the pilot plant is up and running, performance/process is validated and a full scale (2 5m) kiln is manufactured. But with the amount of plastic waste available, the drive to reduce landfill and the projected growth in Hydrogen as an energy source then there's surely no reason to hold the company back. So as far as prediction I'm starting with a conservative 3p once pilot plant is up and running by 4th quarter. Upon success then I truly believe the business will get snapped up by a much larger operation. At what price? Who knows! If a sp of 2.5p = £100m market cap then regardless of the potential I'd guess a 5p offer would be hard for anyone to ignore. This however could be way short of real long term value, we'll only know that once things are up and running and we have some actual data / financials to use as a guide. One day it could well be an absolute monster of a business with a huge value, the foundations are pretty much being laid, how large the build becomes will be more apparent soon enough. I'm hoping for a 150 floor skyscraper, will settle for a 10 story block of flats for the time being.

Was a high temp stainless steel which had a long lead time, initial plan was for a 2.5m design. Funds were forwarded to pay for the material. Drawings done etc etc, then there was a change of plan and a pilot model was requested to be made. This is now the bit I don't get, I'm told the pilot kit was produced and ready to ship last August . Then MDKL went bust. So I've no idea what happened to that piece of kit which I'm told was produced. Was it possibly due to the recent court case and therefore an alternative to the MDKL design was procured. I don't know. I assume that it's the actual software tech / op system which is the bit that matters and that perhaps the kiln part might be quite "routine".?

That was with MDKL red. Plan for 2 then another 12. So with them going bust that order will be no longer. But the reason behind the other 12 is the unknown. It must have been discussed as they wrre not just going to make them in hope. We might never know, but potentially there is something quite large in the pipeline awaiting pilot outcome. We'll find out eventually I'd imagine.

Good stuff Hornet. That's helped clarify things. Looking forward to a successful pilot installation etc, and at a later date possible news of full scale models being ordered / produced. There must be something behind that 14 being made though that may well surface. The key obviously being able to demonstrate a fully working model and validate it's performance / outputs etc.

Yup, had another look Bert. I've probably got mixed up after watching one of Paul's recent videos. If it's to scale with a "full size model" being 2.5m. Then the pilot model (40t v 2.5t) should be quite a manageable size for handling from ship to site. Not expecting any problems there then with lifting equipment etc. Looking forward to arrival and possibly another video from Paul with some further news.

I must have misread / misunderstood something then Bert. Paul 100% mentioned 40 tonne of input materials / day in one of his interviews. If that was based on a 2.5m "full scale" model then you will be correct that the pilot one would be on a reduced input. I don't know what size the pilot one is, never noticed anywhere what the diameter of the China kiln will be. Does anyone know this, perhaps I've just missed the detail in the various interviews etc

Never been involved in the waste to energy field No6, but have some experience with the commercial side of projects in other sectors. The numbers I would think would be aligned with your guesswork. You barely get a new car for the 10's of thousands. I would think the 100's iof thousands is easily a realistic figure.

Yup Chris. Takes away any of the negativity that comes with any company that releases numbers "in the red". With the focus being on the licence and the tech support then sound to me that going forward phe will generate £ without the overheads that go with anyone who is having to fund manufacture and everything else that goes with it.

That post was by me No6, that is a fact that 14 were planned. That info was given to me by someone very much part of the team involved in there manufacture. If we look at phe perhaps having 14 sites therefore earmarked, then multiply my simple number by 14?. Obviously it's not going to be exact, possibly quite wide of the mark either under or over guesstimated. But it's something for debate / discussion.

Don't know that Red. Seems to be quite a range in what prices a kg of H is though. Depending on its source and what it's used for amongst other things. I'm guessing what folk might pay at a vehicle refueling station be a lot higher than what might be supplied to an industrial unit as an energy source. Hence my very basic and without and fact £2/kg. Was about the lowest I could find

Trying to calculate (very roughly) what revenue be generated from the pilot kiln. Can only use what info Paul has already mentioned, along with some speculative numbers. I'm basing it on the kiln running 365 days a year once up and running at capacity, along with charging £100 a tonne to (get rid basically) Paul mentioned landfill can be £120/tonne hence my figure. Difficult getting an actual price per kg of H, it varies quite a lot depending which sites I look at but I'm going for £2 per kilo.

So input 365x40 tonne @ £100/t = £1.46m

Output. 365x2500kg @ £2/kg = £1.82m

Based on the above then close to a combined £3.5m/year. Obviously minus running costs etc etc. Although there could well be other financial gains through power generation etc?

Then you add the scale up potential from larger kilns with increased input/output, plus expansion in sites which is a totally unknown.

Imagine if every large city or even large town in UK were to sign up to using phe tech, then possibly Europe and beyond. Can but dream, but the potential revenue looks to be huge.
