With oil price dropping I'll tell you what I feel in my bones... A 5% DIP and a buying opportunity prior to the "Kenya RNS"
Yup. WWTBOOTOTW... a bidding war between the Chinese and the Indians. That would be nice.
Lol BRB.... Kenya, surely.
Possible, getting less and less Monday mornings before any Kenya rns
That would be nice... Early Xmas pressie perhaps.
Transformational...that's how that would be.
Over the years there's been numerous occasions where companies have been awarded the "wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend" tag due to the pipeline of news expected and/or the improved outlook due to the current market climate. The following Mondays have seen both rises and falls, with the Kenya discussions and partners talks ongoing... I wonder how long it might be until we might have that wwtboototw moment and a happy Monday.
Bit of a conundrum developing for The Saudis and their vision 2030 if it requires oil at $90...keep supply tight as is to try and maintain a price, reduce to try and increase price but risk the effect that can have longer term, or increase and hope demand continues and price holds up.
I reckon they might stick with current production numbers for a while yet and see if that $90 is triggered.
Just seen on news Gatwick baggage handler strikes are off.
Harry. I mean
Good breakdown Garry...
Just watched the whole presentation whilst out a walk... Certainly put a spring in my step. Very positive outlook going forward and regardless of short term spikes south... Fully expect the sp to be much higher than 34p before tooooo long.
Lol BRB that made me laugh. Hopefully the next news has the same effect that the trebuchet used on Stirling Castle by Edward 1st had in the 1300's and recent highs are smashed whilst shorter raise the white flag.
That's a fantastic post Anton... You would not need to have the powers of deduction such as Hercule Poirot to join the dots to see what might lie ahead for TLW as it recovers from difficult times. Some great reading in them links.
On my maths that could lead to a sp at 44p...lovely jubbly.
I concur starboard...momentum is gathering pace, not long until September and possible price altering good news.
35p looking quite possible by then...slowly slowly catchy monkey.
Hopefully like a champagne cork
Yup bailiff, that was quite a chunk of shares that a number of tlw employees purchased...doubt it was a gamble with money they had in the "bottom drawer"... More like a shrewd purchased based on what they reckon will transpire over the coming weeks/months as things accelerate with Kenya etc etc
That's a very good point, although somewhat bleak...however i fully expect the potential revenue generated from oil to be what drives policy going forward
