Nope, it's 0.06 usd not gbp. So you give away 8.5c usd to buy 6c usd, or 7p gbp to buy 4.8p gbp.

If you like hook (I don't) you'd be better off selling now and buy their shares directly. If the merger happens and you still hold shares when it happens, you will only get part of the potential upside from gilead.

You'll be paying 7p GBP (8.5 cents USD) to buy 6cents USD and with only small part of the potential upside of the combined entity. Cathal screwed you and it was obvious right from the start.

PS If you believe in HOOK's pipeline, you'd better off selling all your shares here and buying HOOK directly since that would give you access to the full upside from potential success of HOOK's current program's.

0.03 HOOK shares for every POLB share. POLB has 500M shares out standing so that's 15M HOOK shares. HOOK already has about 15M shares issued and their market cap is $24M, about half of POLB mcap of £35M. And you will own less than half of the combined entity AND you don't get the full upside (not even close in fact) of HOOK's programs. Told ya this was a scam.

I am not saying there is no personal responsibility for people investing here and remaining invested till now (see below), but the management did intensionally mislead on several occasions and they should be held responsible for that (together with their minions here, Ghia did say on several occasions that he spoke with RM directly and even discussed acquiring "assets" from sng), it isn't about recovering funds lost (though who knows, maybe some of that may be recovered from Sir "we know it works" Colgate and RM's fortunes made here), it is about justice.

Assuming your average is £1, the only thing certain is that you can recover about 20% of your initial investment now. A year from now you may be able to recover 0-5% or maybe 50% or more. Those shares aren't cheaper, they are in fact a lot more expensive. 86% dilution while 45% discount. You'll end up with more useless shares that you paid a premium to get.
