Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
When you put it like that I really question why the hell I’m sill here... hope is a dangerous drug
Bit depressing when you put it in black and white like that Jim, but essential to keep the bleak reality surrounding the delay in awarding the permit.. One question though, has there been a change in administration during the time you’ve been here awaiting the permit?
Brutal
Might be the rampathon but news is due any moment so place your bets
I know I was pretty negative about the PM resigning, and I’m now feeling ‘much’ better now Russell has told us all will be ok.. but I was just wondering how high up on the priorities list the awarding of our permit will be on the new PM’s agenda.
I’ve got a feeling we will have to leave without it and have to return once the whole new administration has been put in place... I obviously hope that’s not the case, but just trying to prepare myself for another disappointing RNS..

It’s for a different company, but interesting info re manganese
Tomorrow morning? What do you think?
Yeah maybe but worth a pop
Hi Russell.
Hope you’re well.
I can’t quite believe the timing of the latest news out of Togo, were you aware of this imminent change in administration or did it surprise you all too?
Is there anything you can say to us loyal shareholders regarding the permit still going ahead or is this going to be another huge hurdle in our path to producing?
I’ll post his reply here, if I get one.
I think Russell should stay in Lomé until the new administration is in charge the keep the pressure up, I think it’s the only way he can save face and instil confidence.
A massive **** up, as I said it makes no sense to put up loads of pictures ramping expectations until all signed sealed and delivered, will damage reputations even more.
Why did they have to extend the trip then if they knew this was going to happen.. we need to hear from Russell ASAP.
We can only hope that the prime minister/administration are the ones who have been holding the permit award up, and the El Presidente will give us the permit directly next week and we won’t have to wait another 4 years.. you would think that El presidente wants to start earning some cash for his subjects ASAP..
