Why do they delay printing trades?

Been a while since we’ve seen one of those!

It’s pretty straight forward to start the process, but there’s been a bit of confusion from ii and HL as to which part of the ISA I wanted to transfer even tho I explained it at the beginning of the process and filled out a form clearly stating it’s just the CAI part of my HL ISA I want to transfer. My account electronic trading has been paused today on all parts of the ISA, but I’ve been told that I will be able to trade again on the phone by tomorrow morning. There’s been no indication or information from ii saying I won’t be able to keep in my ISA.. but I’ll wait and see and let you know.

I’m in the middle of transferring my CAI shares held within my ISA over to Interactive Investor. They are able to trade ASX listed shares within a cash stock and shares ISA.

DR & RL paid $700k up front already to get it up and running.. jeez. They must be pretty confident.
