Yep, that’s my concern too. You’d have to hope though that a lot of the traders have already sold out as it’s not exactly been a great share for trading, and if you have bought in recently it’s due to understanding the bigger picture where you get CAI shares cheap and KRS you can hold onto for a free punt on TOGO?

Interesting developments within Tesla and adoption of NMC batteries... would work very well for any high quality manganese producers..

Thanks for the mail and the heads up - its a sensitive time and I understand shareholders concerns and we share their frustrations.

Unfortunately we can’t comment on how the Togo government operates and we really don’t want to prejudice the process at this late stage.

The Directors are very confident in the future of the company both at Nayega and with the proposed CAI distribution - evidenced by Dave and Brian both converting their debt.

Look forward to catching up at the next shareholder get together.

I’ve emailed... probably won’t hear back now... lol.

It took ages to get the bulk sample dug our and to the smelter, it took ages to get the first results. We were then told they would be undertaking further tests which I can’t remember exactly what for, but was something to do with the silico manganese part, which I assume will take ages so yes it’s been really slow and I think you’re all right that 3 year wait is a joke, and misleading info about the license being weeks rather than months was a mistake, but I really think things are moving along behind the scenes, and the timing of news release is being carefully planned to coincide with the distribution of CAI shares info. I was emailed by DR the other day out of the blue asking my feelings about the sentiment on the message boards regarding the distribution, whether we would all just dump the shares and run or hold onto them.. why would that be?

I’ve had a reply from Dave and Russell from every email. Justsayin.. lol.

I asked Dave outright at a meeting and he indicated there was a member of the mining council/govt who used to own/be in charge of mining licenses who was resistant for some reason. However I would think the external pressure from the members of the community benefiting from the mine and other members of the govt must be increasing what with the long term pressure from the pro democracy protestors and the need for the govt/dictatorship to show its improving the economy to justify their control.

Definitely progress being made. Permit has to be imminent.

I'm not denying the lack of progress on Togo, but we have to give him credit for getting the bulk sample funded and completed and forging of a relationship with an end user and possible offtake.. quite substantial progress if you ask me. The fact that the Togolese are still dragging their heels with the license I'm sure is due to the dire state of their political system and challenges to the leadership from the pro democracy protesters. However....I am getting pretty bored with waiting..

I’ve just emailed Russell to see if we can have a share holders presentation evening to update us on Togo...and have a few beers!! Last one was poorly attended but if we get a date in early, thought we can get quite a lot of us down! Worth a try I thought, if it coincides with some big news we could crack open the champers!! :)
