If they distribute the shares though up to a value of £15m and then we hold shares and the price increases we would still accrue value I assume?

If the price of CAI sky rockets would the distribution of shares to KRS holders be limited to £15m? Sorry I need this explained in laymen terms!

Can’t remember the last time someone bought over 0.40 the tides got to be turning. If Togo gets off the ground and the PFS comes back with what we’re hoping for this is gonna fly!! Will be us selling our CAI shares decrease the value of KRS though?
