I’d buy some more now mate, CAI is going to be sold for in excess of 250m AUD. that’s a 4 X bagger.

I think the story here is finally filtering through to the investment community.

Hargreaves Lansdown will hold your CAI shares within the ISA wrapper, in a HSBC global custodian account from where you will be able to sell from not buy. There will be increased fees due to the multi parties involved in the process. Other brokers offer other solutions which I’m not fully clued up on.

Long term investors should buy as much as poss before the cut off date. If you wait to buy you will miss the opportunity to get CAI. Then sit and wait for Togo revenue and upgrade and sell off of CAI 2021/2022. If you’re an investor you should only worry about the value of a share when you’re buying or selling the company. If you’re a trader I wouldn’t want to trade this stock.

Hargreaves Lansdown have sent out a letter stating that they will be held in and HSBC “global custodian account” which is where they can be traded from if we decided we wanted to sell. It will involve placing the order with H&L and then overnight it would be executed, with fees for H&L HSBC and a fee for DBS Vickers. However no where is there info regarding if the HSBC account would be valid for the ISA wrapper my KRS shares are in. I assume they won’t be as the company is based within another countries tax system. Not too fussed but be nice to get some more clarification on the matter.

Will the CAI shares still qualify to be held in a U.K. Tax ISA wrapper as they won’t be traded on the CREST system?

Cool that was my understanding from previous chats with them too. Not sure why they are telling potential customers completely bogus info.

Sorry if this is old ground guys but I’m just trying to make 100% sure I don’t need to do anything prior to distribution as a Hargreaves lansdown customer? My old man who is a holder through SAGA is trying to transfer to H&L who told him today that the shares will be traded on the LSE which I’m pretty sure is wrong, hence my nerves about having complete faith that H&L have given me all the right info.
