I think we have all learned here that the combined brain of this board is the best place to raise queries. The complexity of this small companies share structure (currently undergoing much simplification) is I’m sure way way down on the priorities list of brokers dealing with hundreds of companies.

Clarification of details surrounding Togo will be available by year end. Assume an off take agreement at a fixed price of Manganese, investment cost (prob funded by end user or loan) info for upgrading to firstly 17,000tpm 37% manganese producer and costs for scoping study and infrastructure costs to upgrade to sulphate producer. Can’t wait!

Are the MM’s pushing this down because of the latest RNS? Surely everyone understood if shares are held outside of a tax wrapper any increase in value was liable for CGT.. that nice profit we made as LTH has now been wiped out and we’re back to where we started on Monday.

Just done my sums.. and I’m well chuffed!! If this stays at this level, holding 12.5m shares in KRS means I’m 20k richer as of this demerger!! BOOOOOOOOOM!! Thanks Dave and the team! Disclaimer... this Stock is still massively undervalued!!!

selling just before the allocation of shares in the asset which KRS used to own thereby rewarding holders of KRS for staying with them, just because you can't be bothered to transfer to a broker which will hold on your behalf and pay a little more to sell them once they've gone up 3 X or 4 X. Seems odd. But FairPlay sometimes life does get more complicated and a simple life is a happy life so good luck to you.

Those selling now show you how people literally have no idea what the story is with individual companies they’re merely playing around with their retirement funds playing the charts. If only they read a tiny bit about what’s happening here would they be selling?? Doubt it.
