Yes I thought there was 290m odd shares to be distributed and of that a £15m distribution limit to private shareholders, residual value would be held by the company. Lower share price more shares. Touch.

The Aussies all a getting a bit wingey over on HotCopper about the share price being manipulated to keep it down, not sure if that’s true or not but am I right in thinking the lower the CAI price is come distribution, the higher the number of shares KRS will receive? Would work well for us if that’s the case right?
