Is surely based on the assertion that both parties have sufficient and adequate access to the capital resources needed to execute the proposal submitted to the WAG. Both parties must surely have to show detailed costings and financing resources to carry out the plan otherwise a plan is nothing more than a fancy piece of paper

So, how will we finance our part of the bargain? A equity raise? Sale of 5% at FMV? I bet it's a combo of debt, raise and asset monetisation. It's all well within GGP's capacity.

I believe a raise could be executed at a premium with current and new shareholders who will be queueing up to dish out the readies. I suspect we'll be excluded
