What % of the entire shares in issue do the warrants and options make up? Is it more or less than 4%? Considering a 4% stake was fed into the market, the price fall isn't that great considering which does suggest a buyer in the market or a buyer off-book..of course there's always a buyer and a seller...i'm sure it will all come out in the wash

Some months ago I sent an email to SRK expressing the same question without reply. I suspect SRK will be the firm given the task of providing an independent market-based valuation of Havieron. I would assume Newcrest will be guided by their conclusions though I'm not sure if we can categorically dismiss the suspicion that Newcrest and SRK, how shall we say, 'enjoy an understanding'.

Addicknt - Exactly. The share price is an indicator of the market value of the company's equity worth. It is the market capitalisation of the company as valued by the market that is of importance

A share price is never low nor high, it just is at any point in time

And never put all your eggs in one basket. You'll regret it, I did though I believe you can over-diversify and hold too many positions at one time
