@ltdaxis reference the court case.....court cases are notoriously expensive and need supportive financial help.

When a solicitor looks at a claim they will first assess the claim at 45% winnable. After they have research it, the bench mark is normally 60/75%.

No finance company or financier would put their capital at risk unless they had a absolutely clear shot at winning.

You mentioned annoymous poster. Allow me to help you with his name RKBeekeeper and he was trolled, terribly I might add.

He was the only person who could give good insight into the company and the ONLY person who announced there was a disagreement between JS & FG before it was disclosed of a major sell off before a certain person.

There are a person or person's unknown was clasping at straws why the person sold out...

FG is a professor, his intellect is on a different plain than most of us. I believe he sees things in a different light and what to communicate and what not to mention because of insignificance.

Mining, I believe his whole intention is to mine but to contractual it out, relieving him of the burden of data centres , it issues and energy expenses.

Going into Quantum blocks, maybe making the fastest mining servers then selling it on to other mining companies is a shrewd move ( if that's where he is going).
You have Companies in Iceland burning enough energy that consume the output of Iceland. Then China mining. Then you have every Tom,dick and Sally having ago.

Is it not better to supply them with the mining computers .......remember fastest mining computers win.

What do we know:

John Story left the building with his shares.
Was there a dispute between J.S and the CEO ?

Is the company taking a new direction, not really.

Court case 16th May , will it deliver, well it push the sp up that's for sure.

Can we Shareholders organise an extraordinary meeting......I believe we can.

If possible a few direct questions need to be answered........as John story left the organisation full stop?
What stage are we at with the mining facility in Italy.....what's the time scale for completion?
Are mining with miner 1 ?
Are we using any other organisation mining equipment?

I think there is more twists and turns yet to come. I was pleased how quick they informed companies House on the name change and trading commencing tomorrow.......that was very pleasing..
