There was a few block 300k sells yesterday, with negative comment from widglide.
I believe this was to set in the seed of doubt; then we have a 06.46 statement from widglide timed for investors to read.
If you don't sell, widglide doesn't profit and loses his share strength........... ( p.s doesn't both me either way because I get to buy if it goes low, happy if it rises)
@widglide obviously you are trolling fella , try to a better person.
"Caution to widglide statement"
@potatohead this will go low as far as possible, if the people involved believe they can get your shares at bargain basement level
@countingcards sorry fella, should of been more transparent with timestamps.
Should of said my thoughts or my opinion. I seek forgiveness from all my fellow shareholders who thought, I was being negative.
Echo your settlements , and will be buying more if this drops more...........only sensible thing to do
@widglide obviously you don't get it.
If a stock share price is being manipulated, it means its valuable or great expectations are expected.
The share price will normally take a dive just before it rises to clean out the doubters or weak shareholders........very wrong but that's how it is.
I reckon it be another 2 years before significant share price rises.
Best wishes to all
P.s if you wish to do something wrote an mail requesting a change in broker
@VernetLes it can go either way, if I was a suspicious investor, I reckon there be a data leakage from a certain country before the data is published which in turn will cause a reciprocal effect on the share price. Whether companies will charge in before or after the fact is the question.
I hope sincerely there will not be a take over, we will be giving away a gift.
I think , we are a couple of years away from a real share price movement , unless we get bought out by a US pharmaceutical company ( that's the biggest risk we are facing).
It is easy to blame the company, but there are outside factors to take into account e.g most shareholders have fled the market, fears of market crash , war in Ukraine.......the company hasn't got a product at the moment to sell on the market..........so the share with outside influence and inside influence is going to be low.
As for AIM keep way from !!!! thousands of investors are getting burnt on AIM , its the easiest way to get shafted
Have my doubts on your statement, reading the rns it seems pretty determined to venture the route they wish to go.
Extreme gamble for the future or the shareholders vote No.
The other thing to pay attention to is the waiver clause......haven't read it yet but I believe some huge shareholders are voting against it
Hate to say this, but the more I read the rns , the more I got the feeling this delisting was done more by design than necessity
I don't see why the delisting is necessary or unless someone or company has a desire to grap a company on the cheap......but that's aim for you
I be surprised if mms will want a piece of this , that's been indicated.
As for the CEO, I believe there a conflict of interest which could of been the reason for delay in RNS.
As for potential relistment, well that's along way away, and some. The problem you have is if they relist or there is a take over in 10 years but most of the directors live outside u.k then you loose your protective status if you are still holding.
If you believe that you are going to be shafted then one should vote No and pull the ship down......no money but satisfaction that tose who tried to shift you got shafted too
@wilfred imagine this ( severe gamble) they delist company, shareholders get 0.8 pence a share ( bargain basement if they sell) .
Few years later it relists on stock market( we protected for ten years depending on rules being used) at 50 pence / more.
Extreme gamble, I do mean Extreme you could lose it all .......I would say more than 60 percent to lose........be comfortable with your loss
@micru what now are your thoughts, with the info you have just shared?
@micru yes I understand that, but there is a possibility of relisting or take over which I believe we have protection for 10 years.
It's a severe gamble or have shares in a shell company with no assets at all.
Well it looks like the heavy shareholders are going for delisting. Its either that or everything gets sold for a £1.00
I think , I will vote yes for the hope of relisting as it
states in the paragraph of delisting.
Best wishes schalf
@theonlywayis you have to keep the faith.
We got some large entity trying to gain all the shares at super knocked down prices.
Just keep your nerve, this is long term fella .....should here news about phase 3 commercial roll out soon
Well done you x
Relax fella, if you read the rns it states in the amendments..
Termination of delisting,
Sale of assets.
One of the loans has 55 days from April to be satisfied or assets can be bought at £1.
Beginning of June to mid of June for rns.......could be wrong, please advise if I misread it.
Best wishes schalf
Well each day gets exciting without news :)
