There is a target of 28 days for diagnosis of cancer to be recorded on the NHS for patients.

Sadly it was recorded that it tool 128 days for lung and bowel cancer diagnosis.

Remember there there is now 2 tests going through for lung cancer diagnosis...1 in United Kingdom and the other in China

This is not ramping, its just recording the facts

I would nt even be concerned. It could be a substantial investor trying to cause a run on the stock by selling in multiples of a million in order to create panic or the seller is in need of the money.

Shares go up, shares go down, companies go under; when others have lost faith the company booms.

We have a new CEO ; he has a vision, which he has sold successfully to lenders.

Just because there has been a dilution doesn't mean it will stay at 2 pence for long.

I'm in this share for various reasons and I believe it will recover ; I will buy more shares to a certain holding in 6 figures

@antha oh dear , your ignorance is outstanding.

If you really think the commissioner or police will investigate every complaint, then you are deluded and without a clue. Let's help you understand:

1st the regulations had to be brought in to stop individuals from leaving false reviews on companies for financial gain.
2nd Just like data breaches, it's not investigated by the police or the new commissioner. The complaint is made by the owner of the company to the commissioner agents, if the breach is upheld then the complaint is past to the commissioner who then sanctions the individual concerned.

Complaints can be brought by experts or by people, and since your digital finger prints are everywhere....goodluck especially with your arrogant posts , flout as I said before...don't worry about that bit.

Its not, for me to judge but for a commission officer appointed,who will exhaustively make their decision, whether noncompliance to the regulations is in evidence; whether to potentially place the sanction upon you & others.

@ antha just one word of caution , I believe the legislation ( unsure if it is current at mo)does not have to have an impact on costs or negative share price. It deals with false reviews ( that could mean about the company, ceo , service or product).

@antha OK , allow me to continue......personally I wouldn't worry about this bit too much, in regards to penalties.

This bit , is abit weak in my view , but when you calculate the other sanctions, then one has to sit back and admire the system.

@traders should not be on a shareholder platform especially when you start negative comments over a stock because you ve sold and then create positivity when you bought.

I hope the new legislation that's now coming in, will not be retrospective in your case....personally I did think of referring you and your cohorts to the ICO but that would only concerns companies. So knowing this incoming legislation, I thought I wait.

Problems you got , is that you boasted about profits , you relying on anonymity to behave in this manner even thou you have/are leaving digital finger prints everywhere .
