For this news is needed, which is somewhat out of their hands, unless they have sold some of their stake. The company has stated short to medium term sales of their investments though. Markets won’t fully wake up until the numbers are proved here but you never know. Any other shareholders want chip in some basic research to support why they bought

0.2, 2 or 20p don't care as long as it goes up towards fair value and makes me some dosh this year. For balance we shouldn't forget the £800k of liabilities in loan notes.

For what its worth, Infinite reality is definitely the catalyst here imo, through SVV1. Mindflair have an interest of 19.1%, direct and indirect in SVV1 and SVV1 had a 7% shareholding in LandVault which was acquired by IR for $450million in an all share deal last year. So how much is Mindflairs interests now worth, well at the time they bought LandVault IR where valued at $5billion but are now valued at $12.5Billion and growing. By my calculations our interest in IR is now multiples of our measly £5.5mill mcap. In addition the placing done at the end of December is now flushed through the system which is always an off put for a lot of investors. We have seen shoots recently of the share price rising but quashed by the supply of cheap shares but i believe now they are gone we should be in an upward trend. Lets see, not forgetting the other investments such as Emergent entertainment. NAV of 2.7p is now even more undervalued
