For what it’s worth I believe the middle ground will be met. Duke will not own the entire new company but a percentage of it. Yes they will need to raise funds but these will be used to add value to the new company. How good the deal is will dictate how much Dke’s % will be worth. If they could negotiate 10% I believe they will be doing well. But this will add value to their current mcap of £750k

Have done some more research and yes it is high risk but with the series c funding sorted the market may start to believe they have a good future.
