I'll just add one more thing. In my experience the production of a prospectus is quite a complex and time consuming task. They are subject to strict rules set down by the FCA and are often passed back and forth between the company, the lawyers and the FCA. The landscape for Dev changed quite markedly in the recent past, with the advent of the Veative/NISA deal. I am not surprised that the prospectus is delayed again, since the company would almost have had to start the process all over again to describe the new horizon. It's difficult to convey such a delay in an RNS, since you certainly wouldn't want to be seen to be laying the blame at the door of the financial authorities.

I think it's perfectly plausible that he sold shares to pay an upcoming tax bill. Tax is due on 31st Jan for the year 2019/2020. I sold my own business in Aug 2019 and have a rather large capital gains tax bill due to be paid by 31st Jan. Consequently, I have sold shares this last week, or so, (not in Dev, I should add), to free up funds for this payment.

When complaining about CA selling a few shares, it should be remembered that he will acquire 50 million shares directly from CJ on or before 31st May 2021. This relates to the 50 million share options @ 8p as per RNS - 13th May 2020. So, he's got 4 million quid to find in the next few months. I think he can be forgiven for off-loading a handful of shares.

Good point Leewill39. You would imagine the RSPT having a lot of common components to Avacta's antigen test, so might not be too difficult to switch production. And, 50 million tests a month is a very big number, as you say.

Actually, I've always felt comforted by the fact that Medusa19 have never bailed out of the agreement with Avacta. There must have been a time limit included in that agreement, since Medusa could not have been expected to wait forever for Avacta's test to materialise. That bodes well I think.

However, that article does imply the ramp-up is for their RSPT test, which was my original point.

Medusa19 are ramping up production for their RSPT test. No mention of antigen test manufacture. That may come in the future.

I suspect that the 'sovereign test' being produced @2million per day, will consist of the best 4 or 5 UK manufactured tests, that will be generically labelled 'NHS Covid19 Antigen Test' (which is already happening with vaccines). You won't know which test you're taking, but the uploaded results will be encoded with the test identity. Over the coming months, the govt will monitor the uploaded results and determine which tests are giving the most accurate results. That will inform their procurement decisions going forward.

Abingdon voluntarily removed the abc-19 test from the FDA list. Wonder if this is because govt have asked them to reserve all their lft capacity for this new manufacturing consortium that’s being talked about. They can just as easily manufacture antigen rather than an.

I think there are ways around the average share price being $4 for the previous 90 days. You issue an ADR that represents a multiple of the equivalent UK shares. When Tiziana DPO'd to NASDAQ in Nov 18, one ADR represented 10 TILS shares (it is now at the ratio of 1 ADR (TLSA) representing 2 TILS UK shares).

Not according to the 23 Nov RNS. It's one test, with two sampling methods.

Not posted for a few months, but still holding £20k shares (top-sliced @ 9.5 - silly me). Just wondering if anybody knows when the next trading update is? Also wondering what everybody's expectations are for sales revenue, given Mcap currently £90m, bearing in mind India income a few months off. Heard someone mention on here a couple of weeks back that tech stocks are usually 5 - 10 times earnings. Thoughts anyone? Cheers
