Ideally Belfast, as that's where most of the actions at and when the new fabrication hall is just completed would be a great time. I think you would get a decent number as well. If the contest is closer than what is currently forecast, I guess the NI parties especially DUP could then become very important to Cons. and thus in turn benefit H+W but just can't see it atm I presume that the decision on IM is 100% totally independent of everything else going on with the company i.e. funding election etc. and plays no part in that delay?
