I really want to love Mobico but the more I dig into it, the grimmer it gets. It's rated by Moodies as BBB-, which makes it literally one rung up from junk. This is why buying this is a certified punt at the moment and why the SP is in the crapper.

Other than Garret the Gullible leaving, the rest of the good news still feels like it's outweighed by the bad.

Not sure I agree with that, they still have plenty cash in the bank and aren't burning through it. Sure they're making big write offs but that's needed to get us to an honest accounting position. Yeah it's going to take time to get out of the hole and in that time we can all wave goodbye to the hope of any divis. I think it can pay it down but that literally will have to be the central focus of the operation and unfortunately that tends to mean underinvestment in capital expenditure like buses etc.

Think they've actually done ok with the negotiation of the NA buses but theyre going to need to really inspire confidence tomorrow to stem the bleeding SP which is easier said than done

I would say that's a risk of holding something all the way to the bottom and meanwhile being like the GOAT told me so.

Practice good risk management. Looking at a chart on this and there is pretty much no structure below us and the charts are all setting lower lows. Who knows what tomorrow is going to bring. Could today be the bottom? Absolutely. Could tomorrow take us a lot lower? Absolutely.

So why would I put my chips on the table on what is a 50/50 gamble when I can wait for some structure and stack those odds 80/20?

To the holders, my commiserations, we've all been there holding a share that never failed to disappoint.

However this company should have a bright future once it addresses its debt issue but it totally isn't clear if and when it'll break the back of that, hence why we're constantly setting lower lows on the share price.

I can see me buying this for a long term hold but not until it's found it's bottom and I have no confidence that it has. By all means DCA into it but the market looks like it wants to take it lower yet, which isn't what any current holder wants to hear sadly

Not sure either but given holders feel like they've just had a prostate examination without any lubricant, not sure how much more the battle weary can take

wrong, people selling are not panicked but can see the alarm bells ringing and constant dilution. anyone that ***ley thinks this is great is an absolute mug. but as i've said elsewhere, i wish remaining holders all the best but the long term future picture doesnt look rosy at all to me

Absolutely no confidence in the management here at all. Convinced this is destined for the bin in the end. The cash burn is frightening and the positioning of every cash call as "we're pleased to ...". No pal, you should be hanging your head in shame having to seek more funding again.

Only saving grace for me peraonally is that I didn't deploy more capital and my average price was under 4p.
