What has the resignation of Nicola STurgeon got to do with the 'stalling' of ITV's SP?....are you sure you aren't confusing her with Dame Carolyn McCall?!
".....if you don't like management then don't hold the share at all or at least not long term."

Exactly true. For the last +10 years BARC has been a day trading stock....which seems to suit the management & certain types of investors.
Perhaps it is dues to the low interest rate environment over the last 10 years & tight banking regulations. But with BARC the fines for misconduct keep on coming with an almost clockwork regularity. So will BARC ever become a long term solid investment or are we stuck in the realm of the day traders?!
There is only one way for BARC to fix itself and it's gotta start at the top. As we are seeing with many big organisations that have systemic issues the change has got to start from the top down. Management are richly rewarded for keeping the corrupt status quo. But they spend more & more time fighting the corruption issues than improving the business. And the people at the bottom pay the ultimate price.
