RE: Huge sells20 Jun 2024 21:38
I wouldn't read too much into these transactions Santhi . All day you could sell for 93-95p ( although why would you ? ) .
Huge volumes on Naz - obviously something to do with the new shares arriving or shuffling going on .
Best ignore the SP for a few weeks . These things don't happen like a magic wand . We now have funds . That isn't going to translate into some miracle trebling of the SP the next day .
Investors have now loaded up at a massive discount , but we have also taken a massive dilution too , so as £8 in the old days became about £4.50 ( 30 -60m shares roughly ), so as Q says £2.50 now becomes £1.38 ( 65m - 105m)
But £2.50 was seen as a fair price when we had no funding arranged ( but holding up due to hope that a deal was imminent)
When it transpired that no deal was going to land before funding - obviously the market conditions ( terrible) dictated a terrible fundraise SP . Similar situations have occured recently in other companies (AVCT /POLX etc).
Faron were running on fumes - personally I don't know why they left it so late or ran it so tight - maybe they were naive and had the rug pulled over some kind of deal - we will never know . Either way - the big cornerstone investors perhaps ditcated this low price - i.e the likes of Timo have been pumping money in for years with not much to show for it .
So one last cash call - everyone gets a cheap deal - including all LTH's . Fair enough .
Now we let them get on with converting our extra investment cash into something concrete . We have all put our trust in them . So we now wait for news on FDA , further trial data , and partner news .
The SP may well bash around here for months . The big Instos wont worry what the SP is on a daily basis . So long as they have what they want .
My expectation is that we will float around £1 for a bit , until the opportunists are flushed out , then start a steady build in anticipation of partner news .
