Leiwo spotted that SNG are having to put a much higher dosage of IFN Beta 1b in their delivery as it is a much less efficient way for getting the protein to the places that need it .
Also not sure what the shelf life of a nebulized IFN drug would be compared to lyophilized form, and its ease of global mass production and distribution.
Faron have the expertise in this field and wealth of patents.
Interestingly , when Faron filed their patent for freeze drying IFN Beta 1b in 2016 , a few months later the manufacturer of Avonex ceased sales of their lyophilized version , only supplying it in solution.
So in answer to your question - SNG would compliment Faron if theirs proves effective ( probably as a preventative aid ), but FARON will be making the big bucks with the therapy for patients suffering from ARDS .
