Dan , I'm no expert but like its says , they've been sounding out II's for a while on this , and last week that was the SP .
They'd always expect a discount on millions of shares , so a few pence off here is probably not a bad result.

The placing on 8th Nov was at £190 - which was approx 10% discount to the Nov 7th price of £2.15

We are ina bit of a different place now with Clevegen and Traumakine - so not sure if they will squeeze that much

Anyone know how it works , I wonder will the % of the shares taken by Nordic placing get entered into the Nasdaq and the % taken by UK placing be entered onto AIM ?
What i'm thinking is that say 80% is taken by Nordic II's , then will the bulk of the extra shares get put into the Nasdaq and not AIM ?

Either way it doesn't really matter I suppose as they won't be dumping them anytime soon , but last month of a lot of our shares transferred over to the Nasdaq when the volume went nuts .

I think partners are on the cards for both still
This just strengthens their hand , lets them progress both drugs , and not get done over on any deal .

They updated the section : Current Primary and Secondary Outcome measures
In Primary - now have : Days alive and outside of ICU [ Time Frame: Day 21 ]

In Secondary - now have : Ventilator Free days ( 28 days ) - was 30 and 60 .

So pushing timeframes shorter now .

Hi Lost , i see we have something in common ( GGP) , so you obviously have an eye for picking sleeping giants ;-)
Leiwo spotted that SNG are having to put a much higher dosage of IFN Beta 1b in their delivery as it is a much less efficient way for getting the protein to the places that need it .
Also not sure what the shelf life of a nebulized IFN drug would be compared to lyophilized form, and its ease of global mass production and distribution.
Faron have the expertise in this field and wealth of patents.
Interestingly , when Faron filed their patent for freeze drying IFN Beta 1b in 2016 , a few months later the manufacturer of Avonex ceased sales of their lyophilized version , only supplying it in solution.
So in answer to your question - SNG would compliment Faron if theirs proves effective ( probably as a preventative aid ), but FARON will be making the big bucks with the therapy for patients suffering from ARDS .

Chris , remember back in 2018 they had initiated a collaboration with SYNEOS Health for Traumakine
SYNEOS are a global biopharmaceutical solutions organization with end-to-end clinical development and commercialization capabilities ( so they say , but with a 5.5billion dollar mcap , I probably believe them )

Since 2018 they have had to put the brakes on marketing , but in all that time I'm sure someone has their phone number on speed dial just in case .

Interestingly , their website has a COVID 19 section where they boast of being a leader in commercializing drugs for influenza and respiratory diseases & immunologic agents .

If we get the OK - then like you say , why share the spoils .
The Third party was really there to take the burden of the trial costs , which hopefully we won't need now .
