Think this is a new interview just dropped today , apologies if its already been seen . I've been on a beach for a month with next to no internet - so just catching up on all the news .

Sounds like the UK connection is going to be a key player with this global P3 trial . Again Juho knows far more than he is letting on .

I watched the Finnish interview too , really good .

2025 will be mega for Faron . Whether we get an Xmas present - I'm thinking probably not the big one , but who knows .

The science is totally derisked as he says . The P2 is positive - fact . Now its just the business side . The longer the partners wait the higher the price - so its a win win .

Just gone past 1 million volume on Nas today . About 900k yesterday . The new norm ?

Im old enough to remember when Nas was classed as exceptionally busy if it did 30k .

Luckily we aren't just on AIM . The Nasdaq North is by the far the biggest market for our shares now . Doesn't stop shenanigans - but at least it opens up the share to a much wider investment market .

I wouldn't get wrapped up in any timescales . If you are trying to make a trade , I wouldnt bank on Dec being some finish line . The Bexmab trial is fairly straightforward . The financial negotiations going on are anything but .

The survey guy yesterday did a fair job at quantifying the value of Bex in the MDS setting .( roughly $1.4 billion sales a year ) .

We currently have a Mcap of approx $220m.

So a earnings ratio of 0.15 given our current Mcap . 6.5 times more sales than Mcap .

That figure roughly is nailed on to whoever takes us through P3 and to Market with very little extra cost ( in clinical terms)

And thats juts for the first indication MDS .

We still have AML and then all the solid tumor combinations . Thats where the pricing discussions could be hard work .

If a buyer wants the whole cake - how do you value stuff that has no data yet , just based on the logic of how Bex works .

Offers on the table . Not refused , but terms not ideal - so negotiations intensify . Potential extension into Q1 as we perhaps hold out for full P2 readout - and a higher price again .

At some point - somebody pulls the trigger .

Me neither ! It is bizarre . But I have other shares that also defy logic . One morning we'll wake up , and even without an RNS the SP will rise back up 30% ( its happend many times ) . So we have to hold just in case . And there's no way I'm waiting for the deal RNS and then buying in at £5 just because its a safe bet . He who dares Rodney ! .

Santhi , this period may be volatile . Lots of shares being moved around out there - ( nearly 1.5 million on Nas alone since yesterday morning )to what end we are not privy . We are in the crosshairs of Big Pharma , and there are literally $billions at play . Expect shenanigans / opportunities . Avoid looking at what your shares are worth by the day ( I know that is impossible ) . We are months away from a result here .

What I think he wants is for Faron to be seamlessly absorbed by a Big Pharma for a huge price .

He said that their team is a perfect fit to be taken over , so they can still operate as Faron - but basically with an owner .

Buyers seem to want exclusivity ( because it could be so adaptable to many other drugs ) . But with that comes a high price .

Thats what is taking the time . We have basically been told that offers are on the table . But not big enough - or giving Faron a part in its future maybe . With such a close knit team and family / university heritage , any deal will have to secure Farons future as its own entity - rather than here's $1b - now we're closing you down . That's why they have hired the best Clever-1 experts , and now also the bets SAB . That SAB speaks volumes to how big this deal could be .

Ive got it at £1.85 - but over 850k volume . I wouldn't worry CB . Long term it'll be fine . Just sit tight or add a few when you can . Having seen the presentation today - there's so much positivity . Think of where Faron were a year ago , and who they had onboard . The people involved now are literally the finest in their field . Weve got Bayer oncology development head on our BOD , all these top drawer guys joining the SAB . Huge pipeline plans for 2025 . Petri Bono leaving his job to take up Matins part 2 .

The money will come - there is absolutely no doubt about it .

Juho will not paint himself into a corner . The team he has around him are high level negotiators too .

10-15% up or down here at the moment is pretty irrelevant .

I'm uber comfy and not bothered at all . If I get to take part in another placing , I will . Just not 100% sure we will get such a chance again .

Our website needs a bit of an overhaul . Much is out of date , and its look is now a bit outdated .

Faron would be well advised to look at others such as Avacta for the next revamp - much slicker and professional .

Safety data from Matins will help with FDA timelines , and in progressing the new trials.

The macrophages are shown to be so important and well proven that the new trials is like picking low hanging fruit .

Partnering - he says - obviously to be taken care of by Juho before the new trials begin - but they obviously have to have all the planning done - well before the trials begin .

Sites are eager to get trials running - confident they will get launched .

Faron are NOT a P3 company . They are proof of concept company - who then hand it over .

The MATINS 2 basket trial - aim is to show that Bex can overcome the PD-1 inhibitor resistance .

The lymphomas trial - an area where Clever-1 is also highly expressed - 4-5 times more common than MDS - so massive market obviously .

They will plan to prove up this in the lab then move to clinic .

Would a company normally be pushing on like this unless they knew they would have funding / a deal in place to initiate .

Otherwise its a bit of a folly .

Amazing how much they are looking ahead - and in how much detail .
