While the silence continues the price will fall, and we are seeing that again today. How long does it take for the nomad to approve a bunch of answers to questions? Will these answers come as a RNS or will they wait until the AGM? If they wait for the AGM before replying the sp could be a lot lower than it is today.

.....at 0.25p. No news continues, the answers to the questions are fine, but it's signed contracts and/or increase coal output that will start the rise.

.....from Edenville. It has been weeks now since the questions have gone in and silence. Share price heading lower almost on a daily basis at the moment, you would think Jeff or Rufus would be doing their utmost to calm the market, but silence.

.....if the next RNS or end of year results will have Jeff expressing his backing for Rufus, or will it be ominous by its absence.

...neck out and say this week for the end of year financials to be posted, even as early as Tuesday.

.....the questions for a while now, so they are sat on the answers for some reason. If anyone thinks the market is going to get it's confidence in Rufus and Edenville back just because he, Jeff or Tim read out a bunch of pre-prepared answers at the AGM (if that is where they plan on responding to shareholders), then you're living in cloud cuckoo land!!! The only way confidence is going to be restored is by Edenville getting production up and contracts signed in a nation that banned coal imports a long time ago. They raised a shed load of money , some of which is earmarked to increase production, the question has to be what are Edenville thinking of that will increase production but nesecitated a placing to raise monies to purchase/pay for the proposed production increase. My only conclusion is another washer crusher, shipped from the UK again. Any thoughts?

....expect answers to our questions? It's been approx. 4 weeks now since placing RNS, no sign on the financials results, AGM or answers. Confidence shot to pieces in Edenville by virtue of the historic low share price, and still Edenville remain in hunker down mode not communicating with shareholders. I'm expecting more red than blue today as people leave for other shares that are adding shareholder value. I still can't c]get my head around the months of being told 10,000 tonnes was the aim, and that on the 31st January Edenville actually stated The Company's wash plant and associated equipment is currently running at a throughput of 30 to 40 tonnes per hour, operating six days a week for 8 to 10 hours a day. Edenville is therefore in a position to process 8,000 to 10,000 tonnes of mined material per month. Then 27th April Placing to raise �740,000 The Company will apply the net proceeds of the Placing to advance its current mining operations. The majority of the funds raised will be deployed on expenditure, primarily capital expenditure, in connection with the expansion and enhancement of Edenville's current mining activities. The Company is currently operating at up to 4,000 tonnes of coal per month and will used these funds to increase production rates in order to fulfil current and potential orders. The balance of the net Placing proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes. It just beggars belief as to why they won't communicate now? So when do people expect a reply to the questions??

Yep, the washer crusher would take a few months to buy, ship, build and commission. The BoD will of course be paid during that period.

I was meaning that since the placing RNS, it suddenly feels like the previous RNSs have encouraged people to see 10,000 tonnes a month, where as now that seems to of disappeared, hence empires new clothes

A lot of things don't make sense or fit together anymore. In my opinion, since the placing RNS, it has a feeling of 'emporers new clothes'

The MOU is valid for 18 months until 19 July 2018 So the 20th July for news, they should what had been achieved and the plans for the future by then

12th January 2017 "Over the past several months Edenville has received significant formal interest from several companies for long-term coal supply. " Since then there have been frequent RNSs saying Edenville continue to negotiate, please correct me if I'm wrong, but my opinion is that for as long as Edenville state in official RNSs that they are negotiating then they are also prevented from purchasing shares in Edenville??
