RE: Suspension1 Jun 2018 13:35
Edenville would have to if they decided that any further fall in the share price was sufficient to warrant it, pending a statement from them of course.
In my opinion something has gone wrong. Output talked up over many months at 10,000 a months and funds taking the company much further. Then suddenly with very little explanation, RNS states output UP TO 4,000 a month and funds raised "The majority of the funds raised will be deployed on expenditure, primarily capital expenditure, in connection with the expansion and enhancement of Edenville's current mining activities."
There's a big difference between 10,000 and up to 4,000, especially in terms of the orders that can be fulfilled.
Let me just restate that, "primarily capital expenditure" so they are off to buy some lumpy bit of kit to get production up. I'm not sure on the lead time for lumpy bits of kit. This could be the delay in comms, as they seek out lumpy kit bits before announcing the way forward. Just a thought, as they need to come back with news that is going to install a bit of confidence.
