This was once a sub-decimal share, and if Rufus doesn't get hold of things and start delivering we could well be back there with over a billion shares in issue and sub-decimal, which will may end in consolidation (again). I have a feeling we will see a sea of red trades as the morning goes on, Rufus hasn't given us anything for people to get excited about. Over a dozen different customers, cash flow from current sales can't cover it. I couldn't listen to Rufus a second time around, he's just not delivering the signed contracts and there's always a problem, then another problem, then another problem, then another problem.... My friends thinking is that �130,000 multiplied by 7.7% = �140,000, hence only a 7.7% payrise. Ignoring the other aspects of Rufus's package.

In the annual accounts it states underneath the directors remuneration, the following "Included within directors� remuneration is a share based payment expense of �113,686 (2016: �Nil) in respect of performance related equity-settled share options granted in March 2017. This expense is a notional charge representing the value of the share options granted, it does not represent cash amounts paid to the directors." Please could someone explain this to me, because someone I'm chatting to here over coffee thinks Rufus only had a 7.7% pay rise (�130,000 up to �140,000) where as the rest of us say 50+% (�130,124 to �197,261). The reason she is using to support her 7.7% rise view is the statement above that I cut from the annual accounts. So what does the statement actually mean???? Thanks in advance

What I cannot, and will never accept, are the months and months, the RNS after RNS that told us up the 10,000 tonnes a month output was the target, the double shifts, that Upendo were opening up a second coal field, then after a massively discounted placing the true is Edenville can't produce over 4,000 tonnes a month. They told us they are producing up to 4,000 tonnes a month. In terms of a profit, they have to make �11,666 a month just to pay Rufus!!!!! Remuneration and other fees �140,000 per annum as stated in the Annual Report, so the question is how much coal needs to be sold just to pay for Rufus????

Read in the papers today, the boss of Sainsbury who oversaw the �7.3bn take over of ASDA got a 46% pay rise last year. Sainsburys share price rose 0.4% to 304.8p Interesting to read in Annual Results that Rufus Short Edenville Energy's CEO got a 50+% pay rise. Edenville Energy's share price sit at 0.265p, near historic all time low. How can Rufus justify such a pay rise?

Can someone confirm the number of shares in issue and number of option outstanding? From I read there's approx 4.7bn shared in issue and approx 1bn in option outstanding?

Two shifts and..... To help fulfil the demand for coal we are experiencing and to potentially increase the amount of unprocessed coal the Company can sell, the Company has taken the decision to also start mining the Namwele deposit. Namwele, which sits to the south of the Mkomolo deposit, will be mined by our Tanzanian partner, Upendo Group Ltd ("Upendo"). Upendo has already started clearing the overburden and we expect the first Namwele coal to be mined before the end of Q1 2018

I'm 99% sure there will be an RNS on the morning of the AGM stating what will be issued at the AGM. Look at last year's AGM, they made a statement on the morning. If they are answering the questions that have been sent in and the nomad is checking the answers (I think someone said Jeff stated this) then they are getting the all clear to release it through official channels.
