Second time the MM have tested these levels by dropping it 6%. Last time there was support to bring it back flat, this afternoons sessions will be important / interesting. If we end the day down 6% it's not looking good for tomorrow. Can see this at 0.2p before the AGM if no support kicks in

........ the AGM. It's as simple as that for me, if Rufus comes out all guns blazing and explains/ answers the questions he'll have until the end of the year to get things up and running. If he sits there all timid rabbit in a headlight style then it's all over for me. I've never thought about selling but my mind is now starting to think that way. There are other great performing shares out there with BoD that I trust. I'm looking at TOM at the minute.

A statement should of been issued weeks ago, soon after the low priced placing took place to reassure the market. Instead, my opinion is, that fear kicked in, they didn't expect the shareholder furore nor know how to deal with it. Tim PR, who had been happy for people to post his replies during the times Edenville want to spread the 10,000 tonnes a month message, suddenly objected to messages being posted on bulletin boards and refused to answer my questions, citing this fact.

The unwillingness is a massive red flag in my world. A lot of things just don't add up.

The MOU is valid for 18 months until 19 July 2018 Approx one month to go, then will Rufus update or stay quiet? Remember, should the MOU not proceed to a legally binding development agreement between Edenville and Sinohydro and if the BFS is subsequently used by Edenville with another strategic partner, Edenville will return the cost incurred for the BFS back to Sinohydro; It is estimated that Sinohydro will incur costs of approximately US$1 million on BFS related work. If they walk and Edenville use the BFS, Edenville have to stump up the costs to Sinohydro, which was expected to be up to US$1 million. #sweatingit?

In my opinion, MM are dropping it by 6% to get stop losses out the way and to see what support there is at these levels. There is a massive amount of mistrust here at the moment, and the AGM is this week so investors / market nervous to see if Rufus answers the questions or is the EGM is called. If the EGM is called it will put Edenville, Rufus and Jeff on the business pages for the wrong reasons and tarnish their cv's. I'm hopefull the answers will be forthcoming but nothing is certain with Edenville.

I completely agree with you, but these placings have gone to people that appear to support Rufus so I think there will be a large number of yes votes coming from his 'friends'

Aerial, Edenville are not planning on hitting 10,000 tonnes a month output until the end of 2018. They have told us for over a year now they are talking to multiple companies about large orders. How are they expecting to fill these orders today if they can't get enough coal processed? How does anyone expect Edenville to sign a contract when it can't produce the stuff required in sufficient quantities? Basically Rufus has told us he's getting another 7 pay cheques before they can get to 10,00, if it ever happens. My, and other's, biggest worry is that comms have shut down, I imagine Rufus's view is that all has been said in the Director Talk interview and he doesn't wish to add any more. Tim PR never replies, even though he's paid to reply. So comms closed up and new historic low, round of applause people. Another placement in September followed by warrants and consolidation in my opinion, rinse and repeat.

Consultant Mining Engineer and Process Engineer Appointed A consultant mining engineer, with over 20 years of experience in the resources industry, including 10 years in Africa, has been appointed to oversee the mining development and efficient operation of the project. He comes from a strong background of putting mines into production, developing and operating mines and materials processing operations in Africa, Australia, Europe and the UK. Work has subsequently already begun on mining equipment selection, recruitment of operations personnel and planning of mining development. To compliment the mining engineer, the Company has also appointed a consultant coal processing engineer to oversee the construction and operation of the wash plant including importantly the training of local Tanzanians. He is a degree qualified electrical engineer and has 12 years of experience in the construction and operation of coal washing plants He is also experienced in operating coal laboratory facilities as well as holding qualifications for the use of heavy mobile plant Does anyone know if they are still employed? I would ask Tim PR but he is refusing to reply to my emails, so I'll have to ask someone else to contact him on my behalf, or he could just do his job that Edenville pay him money to do and reply to punters questions.

....this was post reporting period, but this is pretty significant and no mention of it in the post reporting periof highlights. To help fulfil the demand for coal we are experiencing and to potentially increase the amount of unprocessed coal the Company can sell, the Company has taken the decision to also start mining the Namwele deposit. Namwele, which sits to the south of the Mkomolo deposit, will be mined by our Tanzanian partner, Upendo Group Ltd ("Upendo"). Upendo has already started clearing the overburden and we expect the first Namwele coal to be mined before the end of Q1 2018. This should have been mining and creating output from 1st April 2018, but never mentioned in the annua report, did it happen?

Could someone ask the following of Jeff at the at AGM please. How low will you let the share price go before you loose your confidence in Rufus to deliver?

All I can see is that they have shut down comms big time. I haven't had responses from Tim PR to my email, Rufus only talking publicly to friendly people at Directors Talk and there are people wanting to talk with Rufus to get the story out there but he's keeping the story close to his chest. Which makes my spider senses tingle. Why? Now that the results are out they should be shouting from the rooftops, after all they tell us they are talking to approx. 12 customers (Or is this just so they can say they are in a closed period and not buy any shares?), they tell us it took just months to get this up and running, but they won't tell anyone about it. That's the reason I'm keen for a someone to start to unpick this. I hope there are people being contacted at the moment who will start this.

If someone described Edenville as a bit Lenigas, could someone explain what Lenigas has or has not done? I still see lots of parallel with African Potash / Chris Cleverly myself, statements that were believable, but didn't quite happen for a variety of reasons, but could still happen. There's still a lot of red flags here for me, the main one being the shut down in comms. I know of two financial commentators that have contacted Rufus only for him to decline to speak. Since the placement the only official comment has come through Directors Talk which appears to be their preferred (favourite) route to making public comment. If the regulators aren't going to take this further, what I would love is an investigative financial journalist to start to unpick this. Which I'm sure will happen soon. You can't polish a turd, but you can roll it in glitter and my opinion is that Edenville have been rolling in a lot of glitter with their 10,000 tonnes a month RNSs.
