We need a resident chartist to calculate support levels but it has to be around 0.02p surely?

The market hates uncertainty, and what we have now is a continued period of uncertainty.

Alastair needs to release the facts rather than jam tomorrow statements.

If it is bad news the market will react accordingly and we will rebuild from there.

Protecting the share price is not a valid reason to withholding information that impacts on the share price. It's about honesty and integrity now from the BoDs.

Both Tim and Alistair have the list of questions, and I know Alistair has read his LinkedIn message I sent him, so he's aware of them.

It's now down to Alistair if he wants to reply either at the AGM (whenever that is) or added on to an operational update RNS.

Some of the issues raised are serious. If Edenville are being taken to court and are spending money on lawyers that means we cannot afford fuel to run machines then shareholders need to know.

The days of hiding for Edenville BoDs are over. Simple.

1. After all the money invested in and taken out by the current Board in terms of salaries, is it true that Edl are still running the site with 1 excavator and 2 trucks?
2. Having suggested increased output for years, is it true Edenville are currently only removing waste as all the easy accessed coal has been taken?
3. Did you plan for the future to schedule the waste strip?
4. Is it true that Edenville don't have money to purchase fuel for the machines in order to run them 8 hours a day 6 days a week?
5. Is it true that the dismissed workers are taking Edenville to court for non payment of wages?
6. Is it true that Upendo, local partner, is taking Edenville to court for non payment?
7. If negotiations are ongoing with contractors, why don't Edenville trust the contractors motivations?
8. Is it true that visas have still not been issued and thus the required ITIL staff needed for hand over are still not on site?
9. Is it true that Edenville are still running the mine and not ITIL?
10. By what means will Edenville be paying the £500,000+ that it owes Lind?
11. By when will it have cleared the Lind debt in full?
12. Could you provide us with September and October's output figures, amount of saleable coal produced and the amount sold?
13. What opportunities have been identified for the sale of coal fines? If the answer is we've given up looking then please state that.

I think you answered your own question.

I can email them from the comfort of my own sofa, and get the same replies as if I had travelled to London and sat in a room for an hour waiting to ask the same questions.

I'll make another list for you to print out and take with you to ask, then I can make Alistair chuckle to.

You're right, I've never attended, I've never seen the value of travelling to the smoke to sit in a room listening to the BoDs avoid giving answers to questions, and knowing that the BoD already enough votes to pass ever resolution. So other than for me to meet Rufus, a man I despise, there was no point going.

No one said they were running around like headless chickens other than you, and yes I've out lasted many!!! Sally, Rufus and at this rate I'll be here long after Alistair goes!!!
