If it's good news, i.e. placing to pay Lind we will know tomorrow, if it's bad news it will be RNS'd Friday 3.30pm.

It's either a placement and the money will be used to pay off Lind or its the beginning of the end.

Certainty underpins any share price, as does the financial viability of the company. Two things that Edenville are missing.

We have Thursday, Friday and Monday. I'm certainly expecting a RNS at the latest 1st December.

By then Edenville will either have paid Lind back or defaulted on the pay back deadline.

The mine should have been handed over by then, if not Edenville would have missed two handover deadlines.

I'm beginning to think that the delay in the mine hand over is now linked to the financial security of Edenville in some way. If Edenville can't sort out their finances, would ITIL want to take it on straight away, or would they want Edenville to get their finances in order before taking it on.
