If Lind felt that Edenville could continue to pay them, Lind would stick around and make money off their back. So if Lind want their money back early I feel Lind have lost confidence in Edenville

I'm agreeing with you esquimo. I I think there are complex reasons on both sides of the equation.

I think Lind need their money back for whatever reason.
I think Lind don't believe that Edenville can make enough money to keep paying them back in cash until June 2021.
There are clearly problems on Edenville side
Output figures are low and cannot fulfill orders

I don't believe the contract between Lind and Edenville would say that the whole amount can be paid in shares if Lind want their money back early.

Yes I understand that the monthly payments can be made in shares but I just don't think Lind would write a contract that says they would accept all the money back in shares if they cash in early.

Either Lind need that money back for another purpose all they've lost faith in Edenville.

Ultimately Lind want cash, are you suggesting that edenvale should give them shares for £580,000 and then lend should dump them all to convert to cash? That would have a massive negative impact on the share price.

We all know the answer is to borrow the money from ITIL, and pay Lind the cash just to get rid of them.

You are absolutely correct, the problem may not lie with Lind, but in fact there may be something fundamentally broken with Edenville. We just don't know as it stands. You are correct though to ask "Is the problem with LIND or is it with EDL?"

I'm very much the believe that when Edenville say they will have something by the end of the month, then the RNS will be at the end of the month.

Let's see what tomorrow brings, but if there's a RNS the market doesn't appear to have a sniff of it

It is shocking that they keep doing this in prime time. Most other software developers would do updates in quiet time like evenings and weekends.

I'm guessing that Alistair looks at the share price and he'll see that we continue our downward trajectory and ended the day 7% down. Edenville are only 0.0125p off of nominal value.
I'm guessing also with 11 trading days left Alistair will be focusing on getting their financial problems sorted.

So I'm sure there is so much Alistair could tell us, but doesn't feel he can for whatever reason.

Alistair must be talking to ITIL, he must also be talking to Lind as there are only two weeks left to get this money sorted. We do not want as some people have suggested this to be dragged through the courts for years, costing a fortune.
I also can't believe that Alistair isn't talking to ITIL with regards to the visas being issued. He needs to be clarified whether it's covid-19 related or related to the election this continued delay.
Output figures are crucial now and with the rains arriving in Tanzania is the mine still operational or has it stopped? Remembering Edenville only had £16,000 of revenue last year.
Has Alistair been able to find a market for the coal fines?

We urgently need Alistair to communicate with the market, if there is no news before the end of November, I will begin to worry the further into December it is before any RNS comes out.
