Aerial, I agree, they done something's very wrong.

Paying to dig up the southern area, then running out of coal in that area then having to pay to move everything to the northern area. Not a good use of money.

The wording of all Edenville's RNSs is so very carefully written to read a certain way whilst remaining factually correct. For instance production of washed coal UP TO 4,000 tonnes a month. So giving the impression of 4,000, but even if they produced 1 tonne it would still be factually correct.

So when they say "management expects" we either take that as fact, that they are trying their utmost to achieve whatever it relates to or we simply dismiss it as jam tomorrow. You know my view, I've given up believing the "expects, hopes, anticipates" and only go with published facts.

So right now Edenville have a mine in Tanzania, they dig up coal and selling locally. They've signed two agreements. After that the rest is jam tomorrow.

Tanzania is on the list, so people need to spent 10 days in a hotel if you return. So that's likely to prevent Alistair from coming and going.

Can't you see passed the hand over?

The hand over is but a moment in time, it's the increased output, processed coal being available to sell. Yes the hand over happens but its another 60 days before output can even start to be increased as they mobile people and equipment.

So you do realise that whatever date ITIL commence handover, there is another 60 days of mobilisation before ITIL will be running it.

So end of Feb hand over, beginning of May ITIL in control of mine.

It's a tough read but we all need to be realistic

My opinion is there is something blocking the hand over in the background

Edenville have a mine that they sell some coal to the locals.

They have tried and had so many false starts, even Alistair admits that. They recognise they can't manage the mine so have signed an agreement to hand it over to ITIL to run.

They have spent millions to date.
