Apologies for those that don't need it explained, but for aerial.

On the last trading day of February, February being the month that Edenville suggested the mine would be handed over, 37p was being paid. Today after no RNS has been issued regarding the mine hand over the buy price 34.9p.

This is a news driven share and until Edenville start to regularly and in a timely manner communicate with the market the price will continue to slip.

I have emailed Tim to suggest that Edenville need to RNS and restate when they now anticipate the hand over taking place. The longer this drifts on with no RNS the lower this will go.

If you'd bought last Friday it was 37 pence to buy if you buy today it's 34.9 pence.

There will be some that bought in in anticipation of today,let's see if they sell now that Edenville have missed another deadline. Still think covid is a factor

I don't see an RNS. Do I take it that Alistair has delivered yet another false dawn for Edenville?

If there has been no hand over then the least they can do is issue a RNS to provide us with a new expected handover date.

I think our focus is tomorrow 7 am, rather than the end of the week

.....handover could take place tomorrow or sunday. If there is no RNS 7am Monday my own view is they will have failed again. Let's see what Monday brings, a RNS or another false dawn?

You can argue all you like on semantics, but they have one day left to handover and then I personally deem them to have failed again.

next you will be saying that they carefully worded their RNS to say that they didn't actually mean they do the handover in February they suggested that the handover would take place in February

Jeepers you lot, did you not listen to Alistair where he said Edenville had had too many false dawn's?? That's why I use the words because even the bloke in charge thinks Edenville have said stuff and then never delivered, hence a false dawn.

Sorry folks but we have to realistic.

This hand over should have happened, the elections are over and the same party won so very little disruption. Covid is still in Tanzania, I can't believe they have eliminated it with smoothies.

Hand over was supposed to be in September, there is only one thing that has been with Tanzania since September, that's Covid.

Yet again Edenville push this to the last possible day. I don't have a good feeling about this.

Just feel the next wave of Tanzanian covid is going to get in the way at some point. This visa/handover has been going on since September, why is it taking the whole of February.
I just get a feeling that UAE people don't want to / may not be allowed to go to Tanzania. The whole world has had multiple waves of covid, I'm sure Tanzania is just the same.
