35 days into the 90 days to set the jet pump up and get it operational and we still have no update. Has it been ordered, when is it due on site, how long to set it up?

So the for me the pump is like a spare tyre. What I mean is the type of pump is widely tested, used and accepted across the industry. I don't believe the JV partners need to see it installed and working before they move forward.

Similar to the fact that a spare tyre in a car has been widely tested, used and accepted across the industry. When you buy a car you don't (or at least I don't) ask them to take the spare tyre out and put it on the car before I buy it. I don't need to see it in action as I know it will work after I invest money in the car.

I feel the JV partner will know if they trust the technology (pump) and thus if they do, they won't need to see it installed and working before they invest in SYN.

They issued a RNS, but there was so much more that could have been added, if only they stopped and thought about it.

The only person that said there was a RNS coming out was Jasper. I said I hoped for an RNS - clearly there is a difference Zag. Maybe read what's on the page rather than what you want it to say. Best wishes
