I agree Espen, this could go to a binding offer very quickly, as they have been negotiating for 7 months and due diligence has been ongoing for some time. Still feel this will be wrapped up before the jet pump is installed.

If I was the JV partner and I trusted the technology of jet pumps, rather than sitting on the side lines not having a say in what is installed, how, when, where, why, wouldn't the JV partner want to be signed up before installation so that they had input into the process, after all, whether I invest before or after the jet pump is installed they have to live with the jet pump.
Better to have signed a JV and have some input in the process surely?
