I am afraid we are not able to provide confirmation of whether or not ITM Power plc or other AIM listed stocks are eligible for Business Relief (BR). Please accept my apologies as I realise this is not the answer you were hoping for or expecting.
The rules surrounding AIM listed companies and their eligibility for Business Relief (BR) are complex and could change in future. Many AIM stocks qualify for BR, however, investments require careful review and monitoring to ensure they continue to qualify for BR.
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of these rules and the fact that a company’s status can change, we don't maintain a list of the AIM stocks which qualify for BR nor are we able to identify those that do online.
I've checked with the relevant teams and I'm afraid they have said that if you were looking to clarify whether a specific share will qualify for BR, it's best to contact the company directly

I have just called HL re whether ITM is IHT exempt or not. They are checking and said they will get back to me by cop today.

Thanks Toneman. Spend it then I guess (otherwise the kids will or taxman gets 40% of our hard earned gains).

Does anyone know if ITM is one of the IHT exempt AIM shares? It is a major bonus for long term investors.

Peugeot is part of Stellantis Groupe so expect this great battery/fuel cell combination to appear under some other brands also:-)
