Anyways, as i previously tipped you all on Kodal and Petro Before they hit 100% pumps i will throw you another olive branch.

BCE looks like it has legs to run and Kodal may hit another 40% increase on excitement of getting funding by the end of the month. And one thats been on a downward tragectory is power metal which im hoping will bounce

Ignore the pathetic comments from these people. When someone has 185 posts on PREM and then come over to Kodal to post negative comments theres no need to respond. They are most likely underwater and want everyone to drown. Clueless by name, clueless by nature.

Looking at the reasons provided for Leo's extension is mainly due to the DSO Component being suspended which shouldnt have an impact on us over here. Spodumene production is going ahead as planned.

There is also a change to government stake in the project (10% standard) which i believe is the same as our agreement.

However, the government have the right to increase to a 20% interest and appoint 2 directors on the board.

This is what i am unsure of how it will effect us and whether they will surprise us with the same "proposition".

However, id give up a further 10% stake if it speeds up all the burocracy going forward and we can just crack on with our projections with the security of the administration being passed timely.

Whats everyones opinions on this and have i overlooked anything?

My opinion is that there will be an extension. I think Hiainan and Kodal are all set and ready to go hence the funds paid up front. This was probably to calm shareholders, demonstrate commitment and allow Kodal to continue to progress in the background until the formalities are complete

Ive been here a long time. I’ll probably get accused of deramping. But I am not confident the deal will get over the line by August. My only reason for this being that they have given i think 7M which I think was an expression of commitment as the deal is likely to take longer
