Dear Derek, I can confirm that this application will not be going to the 22 May meeting. As there was only one other item on the agenda it has been agreed to defer the consideration of this item to June. Duncan Evans is the lead planning officer on the Horse Hill application and can give more details as to the progress of this application. Little difference here between a housing estate application and UKOG a non fracking exploration and Production Oil Company, who will provide much needed revenue to the UK Goverment, Surrey Council and the local community, especially now with the uncertainty of Brexit, SS is very cabable of delivering the necessary information to obtain the, imo inevitable approval.
