I understand what you saying re updates and I’ve experienced similar frustrations with regards to this, I personally think it will be different now with the new JV, lots will be going within the next 6 months

Been in various investments for many years, but this is by far more interesting than all the others, looking forward to reading all your informative posts and hopefully regular updates from the Company GLA

Valkor’s relationship with Petroteq is key to the success of Greenfield, they will know what the potential for success is, exciting times ahead

I did read this RNS, but obviously misunderstood this paragraph, the joint venture with Valkor was a game changer, looking forward to progress updates.

So if I read this correctly, are you saying Greenfield will hold the licence to build additional plants.

I think the sentiment will change rapidly, I’ve seen it many times before on AIM, when we get close to the completion of the plant modifications and test results, there will be a rush to get in and we all know what happens then, if everything goes to plan, the SP will fly, in 2018 the share price shot up to 12.9p just on a RNS stating permission granted to carry out test drills, so I am confident the future SP can exceed this price, have a good weekend

Your can find lots of interesting information on line with regards to Tomco, Petroteq and Valkor, also a company called Quadrise Fuels who have now agreed in principle to assist with there expertise, but only after phase 1 testing has been completed in approximately 3-4 months time, if the tests are proved to be successful and they decide to go ahead with the proposed 10,000 bopd production, then who knows where the SP will be, I can imagine there will be lots of long term investors here holding on for the magic number , what that will be is anyones guess, but looking at past history with Tomco, it has had peaks of up to 12.9p and within the past 12 month 7p, I would personally be very happy with 7p, but with a turnover of $460,000 a day from 10,000 bopd then I’m sure the SP would be much higher, have a good weekend and stay safe.

Imo, Tomco would have looked closely into the SRK confident persons report dated March 2019, the report is very interesting and in particular I was happy to see a particular paragraph below:

SRK is confident that the potential for project development is significant and additional work in conjunction with the ongoing pilot studies will assist to maximise the potential Reserves available for development.

Just going on past history of Tomco, there were two interest spikes the past 18 months,
In October 1918, SP spiked at 12.9p with a volume of 3,405,190, in July 2019 it spiked to 6.45p with a volume of 432,020.
These spikes are from a company that is not producing revenue and has spent 10 years researching, I can see a significant rise in SP when the news flows in, be patient peeps, our time will come.

This is a paragraph from the recent Proactive analyst report:
At a production volume of 10,000 bpd and at the current market price of US$46.40 (Low Sulphur Fuel Oil) this would equate to US$464k per day of revenue. Compared with TomCo’s current market cap of £3.1mln, we argue that this revenue opportunity could represent significant upside
for TomCo shareholders.
Are there any mathematicians out there who can calculate the possible future SP using the above figures, GLA

Tomco would have been asked to explain the excessive increase in share price last Thursday, if no justification, they would have to announce it via RNS, it happened the other week with ODX, after Sky news made a faulted statement, AIM rules unfortunately

If the new modifications to the plant and testing proves successful, then this will rise significantly, the big news will then be the possible 10,000 BPD, this would be a game changer for all concerned

Investing in Aim will always have risks, I certainly Experienced that with UKOG and take it from me it hurts. I’ve been looking for a long term investment for a few weeks now and finally decided to choose Tom, I spent days reading about there past history, how they have researched the Sand Oils of UTAH for the past 10 years, the CPR and the technology of the process plant, the price of this share should hopefully see steady rises from this position, but only when good news arrives, good news in my opinion will be, the completion of the production plant modifications, the start of the test, if this test is proved to be successful and they are on track for the estimated first phase of 10,000 bopd production, then who knows where this will end up, the Mcap is very low at the moment, so hope we don’t see too much dilution, I would not like to guess what the eventual SP would be if this project was successful, but I’ve got a feeling it would be very pleasing, good luck to all genuine investors.

UKOG lawyers will have a field day, it was a complete shambles, I’ve never seen such a unprofessional approach to decide on a major commercial project, it will cost SCC a lot of money
