consulting and marketing services agreement-
in jan 2020 iconic announced consulting and marketing services agreement with a UK based online wellness platform. Under the terms of the Agreement, Iconic will deliver an initial six week campaign with the client having an option to extend it to 12 months. Work commences immediately and Iconic will be consulting with the client to create and distribute advertising content aimed at the 'on-demand Yoga and Pilates' market, which is worth over £800m in the UK alone. For commercial reasons, the value of this Agreement has not been disclosed.
Joint venture-
in jan 2020 Iconic Labs announced that it has created a 50/50 joint venture marketing services company with Bacchus Creative Entertainment to utilise the industry leading expertise of the Iconic Labs team in understanding social media, digital content production and access to media platforms like GSN to assist clients of Bacchus. The Iconic Labs team will also utilise the expertise and contacts of the Bacchus team in creating music, managing events and procuring celebrity talent for potential clients of Iconic Labs.

in March 2020 announced that, in partnership with Damian Collins MP, former Chair of the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport select committee, who also led the inquiries on disinformation and fake news, it has established 'Infotagion: Covid-19'. Infotagion: Covid-19 is an independent online and social media expert fact checking service to combat disinformation about the Covid-19 pandemic and its related economic and social effects, that are spreading through social media.
This service is being provided on a not for profit basis.
