My other point is why didn’t he just raise and pay off atlas six months ago or raise instead of atlas conning is month after month. It’s clear he can raise 6m at the worst time so why not do it before. This is just ridiculous. Just pay off the blood debt to atlas. Don’t even need the bank now. Get six months of money cashflow and the banks will be wiring up. If I can work this out why can’t vast

I’ve been banging on here for weeks saying this is what the 6m is for. Forward planning one would hope. But he needs to say this asap so the market see it as a sensible measure ahead of time rather than he stuffed up.

I will be outbof here by second week in jan in full with my 45m shares as I sold some couple weeks ago.
No doubt the price will be .8/.9 but I simple couldn’t bail now as we may just be one step away from the bank. It’s a further risk but one I’m willing to risk. The final one.

Sandy it’s not a case of not making up my mind what I want it’s simply wanting him to come out and be truthful
Example if he had said
1. The projections for concentrate are as detailed but please be aware that dates vary however the amounts will be hopefully as planed.
2. The bank have agreed in principle and we presume to have this wrapped up between Dec and jan, allowing for ten days of holiday and covid.
3. We have raised 6m fornthe bank and have allowed for all positions going forward.
Should the situation allow we will be in a position, should we wish to clear atlas debt etc etc.
Price would have stayed at 17 or gonenup.
It’s the continued lies and bull.
Then at the worst time he comes out and said after two years of waiting for bp, ‘oh I can’t be bothered to let you pathetic investors know how much money we receive because I don’t have to’ and don’t worry guys I know you’ve all waited patiently and watched me raise again and again( although he had to to get mine up and running I accept) but I just don’t think it’s important to answer to you, probably because I can. That shows his distaste for all of us. Pure and simple.
We have all been patient, great assets, low debt, great potential and patient shareholders who accept he may have to play a game to attract commercial investment, but playing it this way???????????????????,

And also why doesn’t ap just get on a podcast telling us the truth, even if he says the second concentrate has been sold or we have plenty of money to pay off Atlas or don’t worry folks 2021 is bright.
No news causes major stories to circulate.
Even I’m doing it rather than singing his praises. He needs to stand up and tell us how it is. Honesty however bad is fine if one just says it out loud. Uncertainty kills companies. I can’t believe he can just keep his mouth shut when the dhare price will probably reach 12 at 4.30.

The greater problem sandy all investors, is what can we do.
1. We sit and wait and the bank is rubbish, or not tier 1 and a smokescreen. Or it’s a bank that has asked for the impossible.

2. We wait for the dhare price to go down and down until it gets de listed.

3. Ap doesn’t tell us what is happening with the millions raised and how much concentrate sold.

Don’t get me wrong this may just be a simple case of a bad history and in strolls the bank with one condition saying stump up 6m. Ok we have the six million.
Then the company slowly grows. Dhare price won’t jump on this news of a bank as it never jumps on anything anymore.

So we all feel lost at sea. Do we get rescued hopefully with the so called bank
Or are we drifting to eventually drown
Or does one sell what they have left before we drift looking for a bit of wood to hang on to before a shark eats us, that’s being the ap group buying the mine on the cheap from vast in a ‘ take it or leave it’ offer.
I simply can’t believe I’m writing like this when all looked so ‘ hopeful’ two months ago, we had concentrate, we have an offtake, we have a tier 1 bank.

Offtaker can’t tell us how much concentrate went and when is second concentrate going

Was just saying one way or another we do , he’s well paid was my point I guess but people like him don’t like losing money, not one penny, they are driven by it so for all those who think his loss isn’t serious in my opinion is wrong for what it’s worth.
Still nervous as hell as everyday now just reminds me of the mercuria second tranche scenario. Ie we get dragged along then told it’s off

Well you make some good points.
If his group is accumulating shares daily just under radar then what would the premium be. Yes shareholders get forced to take the offer rather than lose everything.
Don’t really know what to say.
Looking more likely. Would love to think the bank are just ready to release news about loan and tnis is just madness re private etc but one has to think with your point about his history where this is going.
If the bank don’t offer by the end of next week then I tnink much uncertainty awaits.

Ok so then what? He is destroying the 2million stake vast gave him at what .17. Thats now worth 500k less for the sake of arguement. Also his stake at .60 and 1.20 or whatever he paid before.
Yes he’s paid a big salary but he must be down 700/800k. And for those that say he was given them so he’s not bothered, of course your bothered if you have stock worth 2m/3m and it’s worth 25% less over a month.
Do what’s his intention, to take it private?
If he does there then no debt, as it will be paid from the money raised recently apart from mercuria, so the shareholders have to approve this?
He owns what 9% I read somewhere.
So is he accumulating all the billions of shares recently with others then he had a majority stake?

Yes it’s clear that He thinks he will attract institutions and there is no need to keep updating the market, but isn’t that the point. Keep us updated so we as the last hope don’t all sell and thus the share price holds up. Why not just keep the private investor up to date. We need news on second and third concentrate amounts.
It’s as if he thinks he can just do the hell what he wants. Am I missing something here?
Maybe start this once bank finance is agreed but keep us informed up til then???????? This is just unacceptable

Thanks for reminding everyone here who’s held believing this company could be something. Honestly I don’t think we all need reminding of what we already know.
Although by saying it one does wonder where the line should be where you say enough.
For me honestly I think itbwill be two weeks max. I’ve held for years.
I’m prepared for no bank deal as long as ap pays of atlas as a last resort.
Therefore we would be nearly debt free with increased revenue and no need for raises at all.
If neither the bank come through or atlas cleared then I’m off as there is little left.
So countdown now, I’m sure a few others feel the same.
Can’t help but think it would be good to hear from he ceo very soon whatever the position.
